I ordered an oreo milkshake along with a munchie box and everything tasted rotten . Especially the milkshake, just by looking at it you can tell it’s spoiled .
Edit: I contacted my lawyer since their phone number doesn’t seem to work , tests will be made on the food and they will definitely be hearing from me soon .

Silly me – I assume that when you order a burger that it would actually include a hamburger. I attempted to call the store to report it; however, it went straight to voicemail – with no option to leave a message. I called a different location and the results were the same. I can’t come up with an excuse; too bad I wasn’t able to find out what happened. It’s not like they were busy. 1 table in use and I was the 3rd car in the drive through.

It was so gross and definitely not presented the way it looks on the sign at the drive-thru.

And instead of confirming the order, staff often shove the bag through the window like they’re saying “take it and go.” It’s not convenience—it’s delay and inaccuracy dressed up as speed.

I ordered 8 tacos and only got three sauces. I think it’s outrageous. I also ordered a blue Powerade and I got a red one and they even forgot to give it to me. I had to ask for it. The medium curly fries I asked were barely filled. The tacos were not crunchy but they were greasy They didn’t have sauce inside and we’re only three in the bag that they gave me. overall was not a pleasant experience

Used to get my online orders from here thru the app and now I stopped coming to this location. I can’t order my usual cravings thru the app it’s been almost 4 weeks they lost my business. You can’t order tacos thru the app. Not on this location shows unavailable they don’t seem to have tacos to order seems to me they disabled ordering tacos form here only other locations seems to work

I went through the drive thru, the lady was very annoyed because I kept asking her if she could repeat what she was saying because I couldn’t hear her fue to the fact that the drive thru speaker wasn’t working. When I pulled up to the window she had the same attitude. I got home and opened my food and I found a penny in the box of my chicken sandwich. When I called their number, it was disconnected. It is a safety issue and I hope they are more careful in the future.
