Possibly the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my life time. Food was trash. Small rolls and high price, I understand I’m ordering sushi I don’t mind the price but the rolls were so small and tasteless. I’ve had better sushi from the Kroger food department.

Walked in 45mins before closing. They didn’t have most options on the menu, for a pickup order! Ended up ordering whatever was available. The elder lady at the front desk insisted I pay tip for the pickup order. Since I was tired, I didnt pay much attention to what she was saying. Next day my girlfriend told me, the old lady wrote tip in to my receipt! Worst part, the food was bad. “Ten Don” I ordered was white rice with soy sauce which I could have made it home better! and the Walmart instant noodles would be better than their “Spicy Ramen”!

Tried O’Sushi for the first time and everything was so delicious and fresh! Great food at affordable prices. Not everything is pictured below. They have regular rolls and specialty rolls as well. I had a great time. The customer service is amazing. You feel welcome with their friendly vibe. Ate a ton of food and still have more to finish later!

I used to frequent this restaurant monthly as it is just one mile from my house. However, lately, the service and food has been subpar. Today, I ordered a roll and was charged (and given) something different that I can not eat due to dietary restrictions. Despite not touching the food, O’Sushi refused to provide me with the correct Item that I ordered or issue a refund. With that being said, I will be contacting the Attorney General and disputing. I recommend that others triple-check their orders before paying as Customer Service is not a priority here unfortunately.
