Stopped here just to get some clam chowder, but ended up getting a chicken Caesar salad wrap also. The clam chowder was excellent, very buttery and creamy. The chicken Caesar salad wrap was probably the best we ever had. I believe they cooked the chicken from scratch. Also got a strawberry shake made with vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, and real strawberry pieces. It’s so good, I know I’m going be lethargic in a few minutes! I’m keeping this place on my list for the next time we’re in the area.

All of the food that the three of us ordered was absolutely wonderful. They definitely have some of the best clam chowder on the Cape. My sister and I split the fried calamari, which was the best that I have ever had anywhere. The only bad thing was that there wasn’t enough in the basket. They also had some kind of fried peppers mixed in which I didn’t care for. My brother-in-law ordered the fish and chips, which was quite good. The fish could not have been fresher. We went on Labor Day weekend, so it was quite busy and crowded. However, the line moved quickly, and we received our food in less than half an hour. Almost everyone there was friendly and outgoing, so it was a good time. The photos below were taken from our table. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of our food!

Was on a whale watch and after I got back I was hungry and wanted some seafood. The clam chowder and lobster roll were great. I loved the fries, they were so crispy! Give this place a try if you are nearby!

I hidden GEM! Very small store inside, but plenty of free parking in the back of the store and seating is only outdoors under a tent in the back and side of the building. We found that anything that we ordered (we were a party of 7 from teens to adults) we loved everything. We did take out a few times as they were quick and the food is freshly made. A few times we order salads with shrimp or salmon there portions will not leave you hungry. On a sunny day it gets crowed super fast, so plan to eat a bit early if I were you. Hence, that is why we end up doing take out for most part. I would recommend the fish and chips, anything Salmon and for you land lovers they have good burgers and chicken tenders with fries. Let’s not forget the soups, such as their hardly clam chowder and creamy lobster bisque yummyyyy.

It’s a fish store, atmosphere as appropriate. Serves _really_ good fried seafood. French fries and onion rings are also really good. I had recently switched to highly rated seafood places nearer Yarmouth, but not as good. It worth the drive for me.

The also have a variety of frozen items, condiments, etc, even ice cream. The selection is more interesting than at other fish markets.

Drove up to the cape for my birthday and immediately envisioned having a crab roll, some clam chowder amongst the salty air and that’s what I got! They served the freshest crab roll I’m sure I’ve had to date ! The clam chowder was so fresh. It’s was only validated further when I went somewhere else to capture the freshness of the clam chowder I had here only to be let down. Nothing beats that bowl from osterville !!! Will be coming back !!!!

The food was fresh and pretty good. We did all comment that our food lacked a bit of flavor. Maybe it was a lack of salt that didn’t bring out all the other flavors. Fresh fish is the most important which it definitely was. Although the coleslaw is a minor part, all of ours was a container of dry shredded cabbage. I think for the amount we paid every aspect should be good, although it should be for any price. I get that things are more expensive now, it’s really fresh seafood, and an amazing location and it is seasonal, but $92 for three takeout meals. Every aspect of the food should be well prepared and flavorful.

The food was good, but nothing special and not worth the high price tag. The location next to the whale watching tour is convenient with plenty of parking. We enjoyed ending the meal with soft serve ice cream, but my cup had half the amount of ice cream of my sister-in-law’s cone for the same size/price. My sister loved her ice cream cookie sandwich.

Great beachy atmosphere. I was disappointed in my fish tacos..good size pieces of fish but the dressing was tasteless. My husband loved his clam roll though and it was huge.
Order at window and then a couple of places to find a table..open to air but protected from sun. Half the folks were in bathing suits..very ‘summer on the cape’.

Really good relaxed spot for lunch after whale watching. Lots of seafood on offer but also plenty for those who want something else. Our group had fried combo (oysters and shrimps), hot dog and burger. Food was great, fries were crispy and oysters were big and juicy! Lots of outside seating available under cover. If you have parked your car for the whale watching I found it easy to move it across the parking lot (the guys organised the parking are a bit gruff but I managed to navigate them!).
