We ordered and paid online for our dinner tonight. Mohammed took awhile to deliver our food, but no biggie, its a busy night and we are patient. Once he finally arrived, he was an absolute nightmare!!! He couldn’t find our house, so we had our 11yr old son stand on the porch and wave him down, while my husband grabbed his wallet. Upon flagging him down, he proceeds to tell my 11yr old son to have his dad come sign the receipt and to bring his tip. I BEG YOUR PARDON!?!? He didn’t even have time to throw the car in park before hes demanding a tip? We were dumbfounded, as we always tip in cash, and have never stiffed a driver. He proceeded to berate my husband and went as far as to say “You dont give me a tip!? you don’t look poor.” Maybe next time allow the customer to pull the $ out of his wallet before you run down on him about tipping etiquette. We have lived here 3years, and have never had an issue with this location. Food is always delicious, hot, fresh, and delivered to us with no issues. But that driver? Gotta go. I am still in shock that event actually took place. Bad customer service is one thing, but to actually stand there and scold a 30yr old man about a tip?! BEFORE YOU EVEN GVE HIM A CHANCE TO TIP!?! Do better.

Hands-down, the absolute worst location possible. And don’t even consider calling in to try and fix the issue you’ll get the phone slammed down or they’ll argue. And the worst part is the company doesn’t even hold them accountable because they are a multi billion dollar company and can treat people like garbage. Go to Pizza Hut, you get more food for $20 anyway.

Great experience. I ordered a 2 topping pan pizza and an order of the bacon jalapeño cheese bread with 2 marinara cups. Due to some nonsense, I was about 45 minutes late to pick up my food, this having nothing to do with Dominoes. I called just to make sure my food was still there, that it hadn’t been tossed. They said it was there and I made my way to the store. The guy who gave me my food gave me 2, free pizza coupons because I didn’t make a fuss or demand to have my food remade. The food was still warm and tasty. Nothing was wrong with the order or quality and I got free pizza coupons.

My husband and I eat different topping on the pizza, so I ordered half beef & half chicken plus pineapple, banana pepper & roasted red peppers. August 22..2025…3.30pm…Well I live in-between Enola n Mechanicsburg..so I do a study on who makes the best pie between both stores…both are about the same…which is try to make my order the same Everytime…if I ask for extra sauce put more sauce on it..also toppings..put more then a few slices of pepperoni…today this visit was crappy….NO extra sauce at all..dry as a desert…NOT sure who made it .but Now I got to give up on the Enola store..Fix this person fast…I buy alot of pizzas each week…I can only give it a 3 out of ten..I had more sauce on a frozen pizza ..

Few things that make this location better than others.
1) This is very clean place compared to few other Domino’s I tried.
2) The customer service is far better. You will feel welcome here.
3) I never have to wait too long ( even Friday night) to pick up. I remember, couple places, my order was not ready after half an hour I went to pick up.
4) This is the best part. I don’t know, but I feel the quality of pizza is better than few others tried. They are consistently maintaining the quality.

Pizzas were prepared correctly and the tracker was super accurate. I ordered ahead to pick up later, and it was exact timing! The employees at the store were friendly, greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Highly recommend.
