I have gotten a pizza from them that was awesome and I’ve also gotten pizza from them that they took out of the oven too soon because they wanted to hurry up and get the order finished because they were busy. I ordered pizza and had ordered delivery. Apparently they use Uber to do their delivery and they brought me completely wrong pizzas they brought me somebody else’s order

I got a hot and ready at the point plesant wv store that looked old. The young man said he would remake it. I swear I was brought out the same dry hard pizza. When you can touch tomatoe sauce and not get any on your finger that’s a bad pizza. The cheese was like hard plastic.

I ordered Italian cheese bread and they told me it’s going to take a few minutes and I pulled over to there spaces where they bring the food out to you….sat there for 25 minutes and i had to leave cause my 30 minute lunch break was almost over.So I spent 8 dollars for a 20 ounce diet Pepsi. Worsening experiences at this place. Food, Staff, parking lot, building…its all degrading. Cigarette smoking at the rear door, or near the trash can, which is too close to the rear food delivery door. Its starting to look and act like a store in a ghetto. When we’re tired and in need of a quick dinner this will no longer be the spot.

Ordered 3 pizzas and some wings from this place in person. Everything was ok until Ginger Billy (some red headed dude with an attitude) started ripping pizza racks and pizzas out of the warming cubes because he lost his temper. He threw pizzas on the floor while having his tantrum. Once I saw them pick the pizzas off the floor and serve them to folks I asked to cancel my order. I asked for the manager. Apparently it was Billy. He was a d!ck the entire time and was “having trouble” refunding my money. I opted to leave without a refund because the guy was being so aggressive. I did receive my refund about 30 minutes after I left. I don’t know who owns this franchise but dang…there’s a reason Pizza Hut is better. Y’all let part timers work there from Lakin?
