I ordered carry out today. I’m a nurse and I work across the street. This was my first time eating at this place. I call to place my order and the lady answering the phone was very short with me and rude. She hug up the phone before allowing me to finish my order with what dinks we wanted. I placed two orders, one chicken teriyaki and one fish teriyaki. I am not a fan of mean, but will eat fish.
My friend picked up the food, it was in a bag, asked the women if there were fish and a chicken… she was told yes. I get my food and it’s covered in chicken! So upsetting!
She charged me extra for the fish& I basically got 1/2 a lunch since I had to remove all chicken off my food.
I find it so rude of them to allow carry out food to not be double checked!!! Next time double check!!! Open the box and check.
I didn’t have time to walk across the street the first time& clearly won’t be walking back to get it corrected.
Simple mistake but will make me not eat here again.

Today I went to Osaka’s and the customer service was awful. I ordered shrimp dumpling and hey tasted funny so I told the owner and he said oh well you still have to pay for it. And told me I never had to come back again.

The food is good, BUT THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AND CLOSE RANDOMLY!!!!! Google says they open at 11 but they really don’t get there until 11:45, sometimes later, others time they never open.
