It was the worst meal I have ever had in my life. The food was cold, the eggs were so bad and tasteless, the piece of bread was hard and tasted old. The corn beef was not cooked and it tasted like dog food smells. The potato ball was the only edible thing and it tasted like nothing. Even the water was bad, it tasted a little bit like clorox.

Stopped in for a late breakfast at one of my favorite spots in Connecticut after not eating here for a few years, was still just as amazing! Have been craving their Banana Bread French Toast for so long, thank you Brian and everyone for being so friendly and welcoming! Originally found this restaurant on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives years ago and went with my family, on the weekend you may find a wait time occasionally but it is WELL worth the wait! Prices are very reasonable too, coffee and french toast mean for $17 dollars, out the door for $20 with a tip. Very pleased!

The food tasted amazing and the experience loved it. It’s a small hole in the wall spot and even though it’s crazy and busy outside when eating their it’s just you and company and food. 100 out 10 will be coming back with friends and family

This was amazing. We got parking on the street right out front but there’s a lot on the other side of the street behind Eli Cannon’s. I had the bread pudding French toast and he had the Irish delight.

The breakfast was delicious. The complimentary desert bread slices were fresh, the soda bread that came with the meal was excellent. The potatoes were incredibly seasoned, the cheese in the omelette was perfectly melted and the crunch from the corned beef hash made it incredible. So happy we stumbled in here will be back again.

I always go with something in mind and end of eating something completely different and loving it! They are truly excellent chefs and their experience shows in their gourmet food. So many interesting combinations of flavors and textures. If you are open minded and love food, you will be pleasantly surprised! I feel spoiled everytime I go. I would eat out of that man’s dumpster! Lol!

Drove up from Fairfield for brunch on my birthday and was NOT disappointed. Not only was the food delicious, but the owner was very friendly and gave us a little extra for dessert. It wasn’t until after I got there that I found out it was on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. We had to go back and watch the episode when I got home and am happy to see he hasn’t missed a beat since filming that.
