A nice little hidden gem. I came here last year during Lent, after searching for some home-cooked tasting food. Honestly, I kind of forgot about the spot, then on Good Friday, they popped into my head. Glad I went back, great tasting food for a very reasonable price. I got the shrimp poboy, like I did last time and it’s good flavor and for the right price! Very friendly staff. I will definitely make a point to return.

This place is the Bee’s Knee’s!!! It’s family owned and the they keep the place very clean. Their “French Quarter” wings and red beans and rice are super delicious. I will NEVER order beans from Popeyes again.

Tron was on it; and from what I hear…that’s his norm in the restaurant. NOLA is in HTOWN!! The food is excellent; I had a Hurricane daiquiri that knocked me out, literally! We ordered “to go” food, too. Folks were very friendly. We will revisit.

Food was excellent, so were the daiquarires. I had a fish poboy and a shrimp poboy, both were excellent and some of the best I’ve had. Filé gumbo didn’t disappoint and was very hearty. Prices are very good for the quality and quantity of food. Can’t say enough good things about this eatablishment. Definitely come here with everyone you know.
