I don’t like giving people 1’s but I have ordered him several times and with my large family we spend at least $68 to $75 a pop and every single time I’ve ordered out of four times that they delivered they forgot things. Not just a side order of potato salad though that was one of the things, they actually forgot two out of four sandwiches one time and then one out of four sandwiches another time. They always made it right and brought our items it’s just the fact that it would be nice to have it right the first time. And then of course I double tip because I don’t know if the delivery driver is the one who made and or forgot my food. Anyway the food is always delicious always well prepared and everybody really is nice just very forgetful.

They sent me the wrong sandwich. When I called they put in in touch with the manager who proceeded to tell me the order was correct. I took a screenshot and offered to send it to him. He basically called me a lier. Poor customer service. I will not be back.

I went through the drive thru and most of the time the employees are enjoyable. One time I walked in when the music was lauder than usual and they were just having fun (this was like months ago but it was nice) and it made me laugh. I like when employees feel more like people instead of robots 😀
