Food was made fresh. They have the best chili. The chili cheese fries was too small, portion wise. It felt like having a mini order. Our food was fresh! Just wish thr fries were more portioned. It seems extra small from previous visits.

Tommy’s burgers is a unique burger place. It offers burgers with chili on them instead of your traditional burger. With the chili it is pretty good it had decent flavor. I would say it’s not the best but definitely different, unique, and something new to try. The service was good. Nothing exceptional but they were a bit busy so nothing out of the ordinary. Seems like a pretty clean well kept place. I’d recommend giving this place a try at least once in your life.

Shrinkflation hit this chain hard. Not only are they serving burgers that are twice as small as before, the price has gone up almost double as well. The thin cashier lady with the big nose here was rather rude and condescending, and I didn’t appreciate that. She kept fixating on trying to “upsize” my food order by trying to add cheese or add 1/4lb patties, trying to run up the already exorbitant price, and I had to repeatedly ask her No thanks. It felt like I was fighting off an aggressive Used Car Salesman, like really man. Just accept the order I initially put in, I’ve been frequenting Tommy’s since the early 2000’s, I know what I want. Well, now I’m no longer a frequent customer, and these are some the reasons why. They have fallen from grace. Yes, the food quality and taste is still there, but the stingy portions with increased prices on top of lousy attitude and service is not very welcoming. The customer before me they messed up his order and had to re-make for him, not a good omen. What a shame, maybe I might be back but mark my words, they will keep shrinkflating.

Came in for lunch, was greeted by Claudia, she made my visit pleasant. Fast service and of course best burger in the world.

I came in at 11:53 pm. Doors were open. I was acknowledged and I waited until 12:03 to be told that I couldn’t be served while I was in the store. I had apologized for coming in late, but the doors were still open and they do not close until 12am. I only wanted some chilli fries which was simple. They are worried too much about about going home while I was worried about eating something good before going home after a 16 hr shift. Seriously disappointed with the staff. Its not like I was ordering 12 burgers and fries. Forget this place. Yeah, im butthurt.
