Came here with my sisters and tried the mazapán latte, and it was so good. The vibe of the place is amazing and just a really nice spot to hang out. The workers are wonderful and super helpful, which honestly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

I came to Cafexico super excited to try their matcha latte, which had great reviews on here. I was left severely disappointed. I wasted $6 on a glass of milk, the taste of tea was completely indecipherable. I could’ve gone to ACME and gotten a gallon for the same price. I assume that not all their baristas know how to make a proper matcha; I would advise against playing matcha roulette here and simply accept that nowhere in Hoboken can you get decent one to drink.

This is really excellent coffee, and it’s by far the best I’ve had in the area. Mazapán candy is also available and it’s pretty authentic. Cozy and well illuminated coffee shop with friendly and chill vibes. Perfect spot to get your morning coffee any time. Highly recommend without reservation.

Ordered for the first time through uber eats because I was craving Mexican bread and im so glad I found this place , the horchata latte was soo good ! And so is the mocha cold brew .. the ham and cheese croissant was also delicious i wonder what cheese they used because it definitely tastes good ! And the Mexican bread I have to say I was hoping it would be more soft but it was a bit dry , I put it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it up but it was still good , I have to say the coffee is amazing though so im happy with my order !

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop! The staff were so kind and attentive, making me feel so welcomed. I loved the touches of Mexican culture throughout the cafe, it really added to the cozy, welcoming vibe. The matcha and coffee were both delicious; the matcha was smooth and balanced, and the coffee had a rich, bold flavor. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy great drinks in a warm, unique atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This café is very pretty and bright and modern looking. They seem to have a lot of good options on the menu. They have conchas which I don’t see in a lot of places and can be quite delicious and they also have more substantial food options like yogurt, parfait, and avocado toast. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay long enough to order anything because the smell of cleaner was so strong that everything seemed unappetizing. I wish I could give a more legitimate review, but I can’t eat food from an environment that smells like chemicals.

SCafé Xico is hands down one of the most welcoming and unique spots around the area. The coffee is smooth, rich, and clearly made with care (their matcha too). The atmosphere is cozy and full of personality, with cultural touches that make the space feel warm and authentic. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel at home. I love how they’re involved in the community and often host events that bring people together. If you’re in Hoboken, this place is a must-visit!

For my fellow matcha snobs: I finally found a place that gets it right! If you’re as picky about your matcha as I am, you know how rare it is to find a coffee shop that actually uses ceremonial grade matcha. Cafexico does it just right.
My go-to order is an iced matcha with almond milk and a tiny bit of agave—not too sweet and super refreshing. If you’re in the mood for a treat- DO NOT skip the almond croissant. It’s absolutely delicious!

5 star coffee shop and there aren’t many! Not only is the coffee great but the parfaits and avocado toast are a must try! Staff is down to earth and atmosphere is cozy. I go out of my way to get to Cafexico. Open up one in Jersey City already!
