Was seated and had to wait 15 minutes for drinks, another 10 for a menu, and another 20 for food. When food arrived, two of the orders were wrong. The chicken parm sub was the driest nastiest thing I have ever ate. The outside of the building looks like it is falling apart. The entrance steps into the building look like they are not safe for any human to use. The windows and doors were absolutely filthy and the ceiling looked like there was 47 years of dirt and cigarette smoke on it. I also had to eat beside a nasty mop bucket and dirty brooms. The best part about the whole experience was that our waitress looked like Angela from The Office. Overall everything about this restaurant was horrible.

I have to say their food is pretty good but but expensive. I always get a steak Is stromboli, And the first time I ordered it I ordered a medium and it was way more than I could eat as 1 person. That’s a bad thing. So from then on I just ordered the small and that wasThe correct size I would say feeling a good size. I obviously liked it because I went back I believe 3 more times the second time it was not the same size small, The next one was acceptable but Still smaller. I just went there tonight and I have to say very disappointed I got my food to go normally a small would feed 1 person and and you kind of expect what you order to be the same size or close. I don’t know maybe it’s just me. ( Sarcasm ). The shrimpole tasted good just the size of it I thought, Is it just luck of the draw maybe you’ll get the same size maybe not I could see if it was close. Not happy I would not recommend.

This is a good place to get a bite to eat. The staff is super friendly and is a comfortable atmosphere! We stopped here after Knobles and would definitely recommend after a day at that park. It’s close and easy to get to!

Great sauce! Tried a couple slices for a trip and I’ll definitely stop here again. Very clean! And fair priced! They have beer and a completely separated dining area

Love going here, excellent food and staff are absolutely wonderful. Love the place so much that I actually ended up working here one summer. The food is authentic, and the boss’s family is from Italy, and he and speaks some Cicilian himself. Unfortunately I see several reviews complaining about the food, and one in particular complaining about the staff. I looked at the names and when the reviews were posted, and the things that some of them claim are entirely false. First of all, one of the reviews mentioned a “heavy set girl” who worked here, and claimed she had a bad attitude. The truth of that situation is that the customer tried to claim that their food was incorrect, even though it was exactly as they had ordered. The cashier pointed this out, and even offered to fix it after they continued to insist the order was wrong. The customer said not to bother, and as they were leaving cussed out the cashier and mocked her weight. Felt so bad for her that I ended up giving her my tips after my shift ended, she needed them more than I did. (In reality she doesn’t have a bad attitude, she’d just been having a particularly bad week. She’s a wonderful lady, but she hasn’t had it easy, she’s a young mom with two kids and never had the money for college.) Second, some of the reviews complain about the sauce, saying it’s watered down, or is just tomato soup. As someone who’s worked there and had it many times, it’s not watered down at all, and it’s not just tomato soup with herbs thrown in. As for the wing prices, they have become more expensive due to an avian flu that has been affecting not only chickens, but waterbirds like ducks and geese, and shorebirds like cranes and storks as well (This is also why egg prices have gone up recently as well). Third, about the ramp leading to the dining area, there are plenty of signs, and it isn’t difficult to get to. Some sections of the stairs are roped off because they need to be fixed, and there haven’t been the time or people to take care of it. They’re still a bit short-staffed after COVID, and the boss very recently got married and has a son to take care of, but everyone tries their best and the service and food are still amazing. I’d recommend the calzones, stromboli, Hawaiian pizza (Johnny if you ever see this, you’re wrong and pineapple on pizza is delicious), or Zuppa Toscana if they have it (I got the recipe from working there and I still make it frequently, it’s super yummy!) And be sure to tip your waitress, they’re all wonderful people and they absolutely deserve the world <3

My wife has been craving your suicide hot wings since we moved out of the local area over 10 years ago. She devoured her wings and everything was hot and tasty just like we remember. We’re moving back home in two years and this place will be a regular stop.

Service was very good, nice clean place, the food was ok, but I don’t think it was worth the price, portions were small for the price.

The difference between hot wings and mild wings is that the hot wings come with about 4oz of oily “hot sauce” and the mild get to sit next to them and wish they had some sauce on them and then are put into the container dry, with the memory of “hot sauce”. Thats not the real issue though.

We waited a while to get seated, even though there were seats available. We then waited and waited to get a coffee. It took even longer to place our food order and longer than that to get our food. There was one waitress working so it wasn’t her fault. Definitely poor management. Don’t go to the Elysburg location. Wait for the Shamokin location to reopen!
