We stopped by for lunch and had never been here before. The food was great! We had a veggie pizza, a Canoli and a cookie. The pizza had a good flocer and the vegetables were cooked appropriately. All the items were made in house and were wonderfully fresh.

I had an amazing experience at the best Italian pizza place in town! I went there to try something different and ordered their steak burger with fries and a drink can you believe it only cost me $8? The food was incredible. The fries and burger were so flavorful it felt like a party in my mouth. And as if that wasn’t enough, they surprised me with two small portions of pizza for free, which were absolutely delicious.

The customer service was just as great as the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won’t regret it!

I rely on reviews often to decide where I shop/eat, a lot of reviews over time gives an accurate assessment of what you will probably experience. Last night our first Original eat-in experience, got carryout 4 yrs ago and a few months ago, both times i would rate the food, good. We are two minutes from the business and we were there for two hrs for one reason the food coming out of the kitchen was the slowest I have ever seen. The other two groups eating there were commenting the same. The server, a young dark haired girl was pleasant and hardworking, pretty sure a relative of the owners. We tipped 20% because the issues were out of her control. Garlic bread good, side salad good, the lasagna, a small portion tasted good but served in a cold cereal bowl? The old bay wings dried out/hard, basically over cooked. The two slices of pepperoni pizza inspired me to take the time to do this review. Clearly re-heated, been sitting around hrs, hard crust not much flavor I won’t even try to describe the tasteless dried out toppings. Italian food is my favorite, have had pizza in hundreds of locations, an Italian restaurant has to serve a quality pizza. I told the two people with me that maybe they had callouts, as we were leaving I asked our server if the food always comes out this slowly? She clearly didn’t know what to say. As we left including the two waitresses there were probably 8 employees there, 5 or more in the kitchen area. Whoever runs the food prep area needs to be looked at by everyone else because that alone is going to really negatively impact Original’s success moving forward. Unfortunately will go to Shrewsbury for pizza moving forward

Amazing! Authentic italian fare made with quality ingredients. I love going in for lunch and seeing what creative specials they have behind the counter. Bread and dough is scratch baked; the sandwiches are amazing. They always have a tempting dessert or two as well.

This place is miles ahead of Messina’s and Sons.

Food was great. Cashier was awesome. However, whoever the dark haired girl with the glasses was had to be one of the rudest, disrespectful people I’ve ever seen. She yelled at a fellow employee for doing nothing wrong, (she said her dad works there) and she should be ashamed for being so blatantly disrespectful. I’m not sure if English is her problem, or she is made of spare parts, but that is totally unacceptable when working in food service. Outstanding food, but avoid the girl with the goggles.

Best pizza and subs in the southern york area! This is 1 min from my house. I have been skeptical of it since I moved into the area, choosing areas much farther away. The after it came under new management the pictures online were updated and made me give it a try.

1st take out I tried the Sicilian pizza. It blew my mind it was so good and fresh. Sauce was great. Service was good.

I’m pretty critical of Italian cold cuts so gave it a try on round 2. They killed it. Bread was fresh and soft. Great meat to veggie combo. Not over flowing with meat in a good way. A good balance.

I’m on board now. This will now be my go to. If you were on the edge, give it a try.

Placed an order for a sub and onion rings over the phone, told 20 mins. Show up 25 mins later and they didn’t even start making it yet(wait was another 10 mins after I arrived). Got home and my order was wrong. Went back for a refund instead of waiting again for them to remake it. The lady was rude and tried arguing with me. Normally my go to spot but never again
