Recently on my way to a family members home in the morning, I decided to get some coffee and donuts and the five dollar meal deal. The drive-thru was packed since it was the morning rush, so I decided to walk in assuming there would be someone there at the counter. I was amazed at the same girl was doing the counter as well as the orders that were coming through the drive-thru. This girl was phenomenal. She not only handled my order but all of those they were waiting through in drive-thru. She never flinched and got everything 100% correct. Wonderful service and still made you feel welcome during the most busy time of the morning.

Management at this location has changed, resulting in excellent service. The lobby has been transitioned to becoming cozy, and festive with each holiday. They always have donuts/munchkins available!! Visit here for fast service, and delicious drinks/food. ☕️

Horrible slow service.. one car ahead of me, waited waited, car then pulled off, waited waited at window, finally girl hands me my coffee and says your all set, I asked where my donuts were she says oh, you ordered donuts, at this point I had no time for her to mosey on back , I said no I’ve been waiting forever for my coffee and sh says sorry we’ve had bit of a line,there was one car ahead of me, one car behind me.. then walks off. Very hospitable and clean atmosphere. Our food and drink came out very quickly! There were a lot of costumers seated and I heard a grandpa say that was “the best cup of coffee he’s ever had” to his grandkids—It was very sweet!

Normally this store is excellent, but as of late several new associates plus a lack of adequate oversight seem to be impacting the quality of the product and service. I stop here daily on my way to work, and this evening I was provided a luke-warm (being generous) cup of hot coffee only partially filled. (It was almost 2 inches shy of being filled.)
Hopefully management will take notice from this patient daily customer.

Might be a second bad review I’m leaving but it’s well deserved and maybe someone will finally do something about most of the employees. I don’t have a problem paying for water, I ordered a cup of water NO ice, they will at you like you are asking for kidney if you tell them NO ice ! Well she still put ice, a full cup of ice and a splash of water. I asked her to give me a new one- NO ice! and she caught the biggest attitude. She said “you want hot water ?!!”
I told her I want the cup of water with no ice that I get almost every day! And pay for it! So she went and took 8 minutes to give me a new cup regardless of the fact that there were 6 cars waiting behind me. Definitely not drinking that either, money in the trash and lesson learned- Avoid this location at all costs!!!

I went through the drive-thru this morning around 9am and was shocked by the service I received. The employee with the headset who was taking orders had a miserable look on her face and did not say a single word, not even “good morning” or “hello.” When she handed me the bag of donuts I ordered, I didn’t have a chance to grab it, so the entire bag dropped into a puddle on the ground. Instead of apologizing or offering to replace the donuts, she simply stepped away and began taking other orders. I wish she had been wearing a name badge so I could identify her as someone who does not deserve this job.
I also ordered a regular unsweetened iced latte for my wife, which I didn’t taste until I got home. She said it was very sweet, so not only did the employee mishandle the items I ordered, but she also failed to take the order correctly. I am appalled by the service at this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard negative reviews about them. I believe it’s time to write a letter to the corporate office to address these issues, as what happened today is completely unacceptable.
