Made my order before 9 and went to freshen up so I could dine in. Apond my sitting the same woman whom took my order brought my food to the table in a bag, she apologized for it not being to stay as I requested. I ordered the Brentwood from the specialty sandwiches menu it comes with Russian dressing that I requested to be on the side and it was. The dressing was discolored with dark and light colors of orange. I was not clear if the sandwich came cold or hot but I was asked if I would like my sesame seed bagel toasted and that was a yes. Maybe it’s in my mind. But when I hear the word specialty. I feel like it should be hot. Also when a patron is in your establishment and they’re dining in it is up to the Establish it to make sure it’s prepared for the customer to dine in. Also they need to make it clear if these listed Specialty sandwiches are hot or cold.

Bagel with smoked salmon is my go to for lunch! Absolutely delicious. The lady with tattoos is great. There is also a gentleman at the front one day. Very nice people. Thank God the food is great! Pumpernickel bagel. Lightly toasted. Smoked salmon, capers, cream cheese, onion and tomato. Try it !

This was my first time at this place and I wasn’t too happy. I ordered food and waited over 45 mins(Mind you 2 bagels were just plain bagels with butter ) I had ordered a French toast bagel which they had when I ordered it and 25 mins after ordering they tell me they no longer have it. I finally get my order and I ask for a small container of veggie cream cheese and a sesame bagel the guy behind the register had a hissy fit told me I’d have to wait I said it’s ok just don’t add it. He continued with his attitude and said the wait is because it’s mother’s day weekend I totally understand that. He is attitude was uncalled for. Needless to say I doubt I will be returning

I really liked the sausage, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel I got. My husband liked the breakfast sandwich he ordered as well. Quick service, clean and spacious inside. We went during mid-morning during the week, not crowded at all. The cashier was very friendly. Has a self-serve coffee station with several different creamers and half-and-half to choose from. We will definitely come again!

I agree with other reviews. The woman behind the register is beyond rude and has such a nasty attitude. If you dont know exactly what you want and how she will mock you to other customers. This then makes the whole experience terrible. Makes you not even want to eat there. Why not put a friendlier face at the counter? Is it that hard to say thanks?

So your website says delivery, everything screams delivery about your store. I even remember them telling me inside the store once that you guys deliver. I called Saturday morning for a big breakfast order, only to be told (with a seriously stank attitude) that, “no, I would have to pick it up, they don’t and never have had delivery”. Make up your mind Orange County bagel, do you deliver or do you not deliver. Either way I’m going to Panera for breakfast.

I only go to get coffee once a week before work, coffee is great, but the attitude from the woman behind the register is horrific. Why should it be your business why I’m using my card and tell me how I should pay for my coffee, nevertheless be mad I don’t give you a tip for the coffee I MADE. If I ordered a bagel that’s something different. Chin up you have an attitude for WHAT reason, I’m always nice, think of the golden rule and treat others the way you want to be treated. This is coming from someone who also works with customers daily

The food is good here but be warned; if you want any hot food, don’t come after 2:00pm. They turn off the grill an hour early due to lazy workers who don’t want to clean right before closing.
