Had this lady working by herself with someone in the back and 8 people in line waited over 40 minutes for 2 subs then the lady had the nerve to say can you calm your kids down. 40 minutes with a 5 and 7 year old you tell me. I haven’t had Subway in years, but wasn’t feeling well and just wanted some bread and substance in my stomach. What I got, was a sandwich LOADED in onions, and not toasted as I requested. Quality should not be sacrificed when you’re not able to be standing in front of the counter watching your order be made. It should be made the same way, whether you’re there in person or not. It’s so frustrating that all of these places slack on delivery and pick up orders. It’s just not acceptable.

I go to this Subway almost every week. I always have 3-6 subs. I was told for the first time today that I had to give them 24 hours’ notice to order that many subs. No one was in line behind me.

This particular subway has a lot of issues it seems. The food is perfectly fine. It’s mostly the employees. I don’t know if it’s a lack of training or experience, but you can actually see some of them panicking when making sandwiches.

Poor customer service. To slow in making sandwiches and the worst is the female that worked evenings didnt change gloves after handling cash and register just gross. I can only imagine what goes on behind the wall that you cant see. Nothing looked fresh. Poor quality restaurant.

My order was placed on the mobile app. I was using a store other than my Trenton location because I had to grab another meal for my son. I ordered my sandwich steak & cheese toasted with,spinach, cucumber, tomato & black olives. The bread was not toasted & was cut so that the top wasn’t able to cover the sandwich and all of the toppings are all inside the wrapper despite it being wrapped. I called the store & was told to bring them the sandwich so they could look at it. I refused to waste $5 in gas driving back to the store. The sub’s clearly not edible. I learned my lesson. I won’t return to the location on Verity Parkway again. Such a disappointment!

They do everything to give u the most highly rated meal. Tip well everyone. I loved the steak n cheese on whole grain with lots of veggies. Vitamin Water is the best. I get it with my McDonald’s breakfasts too. It’s worth the trip.
