What a great atmosphere! The staff is very friendly, the people are so nice! The self serve tap selection is excellent. So many local brews to choose from, as well as wine, mixed drinks, and non alcoholic selections. Great variety of food trucks with a reliable rotation. Tiny Biscuit is my personal favorite! DJ Curt is second to none and the owner, Scott, is all about making sure his patrons are happy. Thee custom indoor “tree” is a nice touch, as well as the fire pit!

This is my fist time coming to Open Tap. The staff was amazing and it was such a great time. We came for Charlotte idol and were blown away with the line up singers and the food truck 10/10. Will definitely be coming back as we progress through the next stages of idol.

The best self-pour locations in Charlotte. Classy and elevated atmosphere. Came here on Charlotte Idol night – highly recommend! Gave a cute sense of community that I feel most places lack. Everyone (employees and guests) was super kind and they one guys who I would describe as the “chief vibes officer” who recommended drink types, made sure everyone was taken care of, and overall making sure the vibes were top tier.

Tiny Biscuit was the food truck on site and it was amazing. My friend invited me to the Charlotte Idol night and it was so much fun. The vibe is amazing if you are not a beer person they have other options for drinks and the vibe is just everything you will have such a great time.

Reserved the Treehouse Mezzanine for a birthday party and was not disappointed. The whole place is super clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the Mezzanine was the perfect size for our party. Cozy, clean and we were able to bring in our own food, and decorations which was awesome. The drink selection was really nice. Lots of alcoholic options, but non alcoholic options as well. We thought the cost for drinks was pretty good compared to getting a cocktail or beer at a restaurant or bar. It’s a little far from us to come often but I would definitely consider that place again for a group.

First time at OpenTap and it is definitely a great experience. Great drink selection, something for everyone. They have new food trucks every so often(checkout their Facebook page for the options!). It was surprisingly kid friendly! Definitely come out for a great nice with music and drinks!

OpenTap is such a vibe! I went to Charlotte Idol, and had an amazing time. All of the drinks are on tap, and they even had Cocktails on tap as well. The staff was great, the host was awesome, and the Tiny Biscuit was AMAZING! As packed as it was, there was more than enough seating upstairs, downstairs, and outside. If you are in the Arboretum/Caramel area, come visit because it’s A MUST……

Details are too much to share. This place changed my life. I was in a really rough place and a friend invited me. This place brought light to my soul. Not to get too deep but this goes like the Mariana Trench for me. So many nice people, drinks and music. Cannot believe I have lived life with this lack of open tap on my life. My family came back, my wife looks at me again, and I have been called “Big-Dawg” much more lately. This is good for me and my mental state. I am Big Dog.
