I’ve been eating at this place for a few years and the food has gotten substantially better in the last 2 years. There’s never fought on the meats. It’s usually cut to the right size instead of big slabs of beef. The orange chicken and Mongolian beef for my family’s favorites. If I had any complaint it would be the price and the egg rolls are not that great. It’s also super fast and the service is good.

I used to go to this place but now when I make online orders, you cannot prepay until you go inside to pick up. When you make an online order it asks for a tip, and why should we tip if you are picking up the order yourself?
So anyways I picked up my food with an online order and placed no tip, and she gave me the wrong order on purpose. I got a plate full of veggies and maybe 4 very small pieces of chicken. I had ordered orange chicken and payed extra for some extra orange chicken. There was no one else waiting for food, and I had been a customer for a long time so I know she did it on purpose.
So long story short, if you don’t tip on online pickup orders she will mess with your order and give you all veggies. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Plus the food isn’t the best. Better to go to a different Chinese restaurant.

I’ve been to the Yan’s on 91st Ave and Thomas. All orders were made online for pickup. I was glad to find there’s one in Goodyear! Both have quality, consistent, freshly cooked food. If the price seems high, it’s not. Their servings are very generous! Today I ordered their pork chop suey, fried rice as one of the options (white, brown, or fried rice, or chow mein). It’s a favorite.

Loved the fried rice got chicken wings but they were definitely lacking in taste and food does not come out at once you get your food in bits and pieces so something will definitely be cold waiting on your other items. I noticed the ceilings looked severely damaged by water but staff very friendly. I’d go back definitely just not to eat inside and skip the wings

New to the area and this was our first visit. The young lady that took our order was very friendly and helpful answering questions about the menu. The food came out fast and was good. I was with my friend who is from southern China and she enjoyed her dish as well. The atmosphere is comfortable and it was very clean. Including the restrooms. There was a tv on playing sports. We will come back and support this local family owned business for sure.

Spent $19 on a chefs special. It was so bad. The shrimp was so overcooked. It reminded me of French’s fried onions how cooked those things were. The oil tasted old. We got eggrolls and the oil made them taste disgusting. The steamed rice was leaking rice water everywhere. The best part about the plate was the broccoli. $19 and it wasn’t even a combo for THAT quality is insane. Maybe it was my bad for ordering the “chefs special”. No wonder we were the only ones there. I will NEVER be coming here ever again.

This is easily the saddest excuse for Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. The chicken taste like sausage, the noodles taste like oil, and the fried rice taste like nothing. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is for the portion size, but honestly, I want my $40 back.
$40 for 2 bad tasting plates of poor quality food is insulting. And the cashier that packed the food had the audacity to tell me it’s “the best Chinese food in Goodyear”. The spring roll was under-cooked, and the fried rice has been baking in a hotel pan since they opened.
The crab rangoons are definitely frozen and re-fried, but they were the only thing that was mildly enjoyable about the meal. I honestly cannot believe that a majority of the reviews are positive.
Do yourself a favor and save your taste buds (and wallet) from the atrocities committed at Yan’s. I wish I read the reviews before spending money at this establishment. Hopefully my review helps you make the right decision today.
