The food was delicious and reasonably priced. One of the best chicken fried steaks around. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. They originally had counter ordering, but now it is full table service (wonderful change). The only reason for less than a perfect five is for the kitchen timing. Possibly the addition of extra help in the kitchen might smooth out the meal delivery to all be at the same time.

Should probably be renamed to the “Ring around the Collar cafe” Saturday morning at 9. I feel sorry for the two waitresses, they worked very hard to serve the 12 people in the dining room. The coffee was horrible and the cream and sugar were in large containers like you have at work.
I wanted the chicken and waffles, the table next to me got the last 2 orders of wings. Ordered the 3 egg breakfast plate. Eggs were overcooked bacon was thin and no flavor, never thought I could say that about bacon, hash browns were burnt. I could not eat the food. My wife had the French toast with pecans and bannanas, the plate came out with no bannanas and covered with syrup. Why would you not allow us to add how much syrup we want? She could not eat them because of the massive amount of syrup. I reluctantly paid for my “food”. Everything just seemed cheap.
I asked to speak to the manager or the owner and was told they come in around noon. Maybe they should get up a little earlier and see to their customers needs.

My daughter and I stopped in this evening. Service was excellent, very friendly staff, food was very good.
We had the French fries with gravy, chicken wings and side salad.
Prices are very reasonable.
The owner came by our table and welcomed us.
I believe they will be very successful, and we will certainly be repeat customers.

Went with a party of 9 for breakfast. Food was excellent and service was friendly. We all agreed that the local sausage was some of the best we had ever had. Portions were generous! Waffles and biscuits/gravy were standouts as well as huge pancakes. Unfortunately they were out of blueberries. I wish they had some fresh fruit on the menu. They definitely have some new restaurant issues (they have only been open 2 or 3 weeks) to iron out, especially on timing and availability of food. We were patient and not disappointed and I look forward to going back again next time I’m in town!

I have been wanting to stop since we moved up this way. I am glad we did. My husband enjoyed his meatloaf and I had the wings. The wings we not what I expected, they were better, so crispy

My sister and I went to have breakfast,we were seated, given coffee and then waited around 15 minutes for the order to be taken for our food, we got our food my eggs weren’t sunny side up, our toast was not toasted, my sister’s eggs came with a slice of melted cheese instead of shredded. Sausage was overcooked, bacon was cold, your food has good taste but should be hot or warm when brought to table. Our waitress was very friendly and provided great customer service but there was a gentleman that could not make changes for the cash used to pay bill the gentleman was really rude and reprimenting the waitress that have should be done in private.

I understand new places have a few details to work out but really? Worst dining experience ever. We waited almost an hour for our food. Had to ask where the order was because diners that got there 20-30 minutes later than we did and got served . I was told because he had special items it takes longer than already precooked items. Really, breakfast, chicken fingers and a hot dog with bacon? My chicken fingers were fried in the same fryer that fries the pickles in. So your chicken tenders come out tasting like fried pickles. The French fries were too salty to eat . My husbands breakfast came out cold. We will not go back. Oh yea. Who brings coffee out without a spoon. Major changes need to be corrected here. We were not the only one complaining.

I went there for the 1st and last time. Ordered off the breakfast menu and my boyfriend ordered off the lunch/dinner menu. He ordered sweet tea and I ordered coffee. I told them lots of creamer and sugar. I was asked did I know just how many I will need. My coffee wasn’t very hot at all and was cold by the time I got sugar. Asked for a cups of ice and another sweet tea with lots of ice. We were told they had an ice shortage. We ordered our food. They ran out of chicken fried steak. We ordered Disc Fries as an appetizer. They came out not cooked all the way and not even hot at all. I ordered breakfast. We were just about done with the appetizer when the waitress came to the table and said she just was told they are out of biscuits. So I wasn’t able to have biscuits and gravy. After that I was done try to order anything else to eat. They should have just said when I came in. This is all we have available to serve today.. I would recommend this place to anyone. Sorry but that was a joke..

The food was good overall, but the sides could have used a little more seasoning. One piece of constructive feedback for the menu would be offering more variety in side options. For example, if sausages are served, it would be great to have a choice between beef and turkey.
It would also help to include more options for guests who don’t eat red meat. Adding items like a chicken sandwich or fried chicken would make the menu more inclusive and appealing to a wider range of people also to expedite food service have some longer cooked menu items prepped before hand
***** update went back a second time and everything was great and food was amazing:

Before you leave A review complaining about the service and about the wait keep in mind this restaurant just opened up. They’re trying their best Lilly, Alyssa, and Brenda Are probably the nicest waiters you will come by really great people. The service was amazing. Been there twice already in the past two days if you’re looking for a spot that has good prices and good breakfast and dinner. That’s your place to go. There’s some minor issues that they’re getting fixed but overall a really good place to eat at and enjoy a good time.
