My wife and I finally got around to trying Ooka, and we’re glad we did. This place is a gem.
From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely attentive without hovering. A huge plus for us was that we never felt rushed—neither to order our meal nor to leave once we had finished. It was a relaxed and enjoyable pace, which is often hard to find.
Now, the food! Everything we had was great. The quality and flavor truly stood out. I also highly recommend trying their plum wine; it was tasty.
Ooka offers both fantastic food and genuinely great service. We highly recommend it and will certainly be back!

My girlfriend and I stopped by for lunch on a whim, and we are so glad we did! The staff were delightful and kind, and the food was absolutely delicious!
We came around 1:30 PM and were seated immediately, service was wonderful and attentive, and the food came out very quickly after we placed our order. Both orders were exactly as advertised and everything tasted fantastic!
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely local spot for some freat asian cuisine!

This is my first time coming here and I just had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was very welcoming, attentive, and quick! The food was probably the best I’ve had in a really long time! I got the tofu teriyaki and 10/10 all the way around 🙂

I wasn’t expecting much for a strip mall sushi place. Order chirashi, fish was okay. Cut way too thick. The star of that dish, which is the rice, there might have been a quarter cup of it. Once and out was the typical house ginger salad. Had to be the best dressing I’ve ever had. Servers were attentive.

Very solid restaurant choice. Reasonably and average priced for sushi and quality is still very good. Our favorites were the paradise roll and the reef roll. The rainbow roll was also a very good roll compared to other rainbow rolls. This isn’t the first time we’ve been here so it’s good enough to come back!
