Horrible service. They have the lobby closed for no reason and the girl running the drive through is to busy smacking gum and fixing her outfit. Doesn’t know how to make the coffees. Girl at the drive through kepts smiling at my husband but as soon as she saw me and our daughters, she gave us dirty looks and was rude. horrible customer service. Bad attitude by staff. They were out of almost every type of donut, and it was only 11am. Refused to make my drink the way I ordered it, which I’ve never had a problem with at any other location nationwide. My total order came up to around $40, and they refused to accept a $50 bill. Eating area looked like it had not been cleaned all day. They gave one of our drinks to a different customer at the drive-thru and then couldn’t remember what we ordered. This location can’t go out of business soon enough.

I just paid six dollars for a tall glass of milk I tried to call the store to see if I could come back by sometime this week and get my order fixed, but the voicemail is full. I’m not the difficult care type or want to complain, but this is not a latte.

It’s a shame because I drive by this place every day…. but I go to the Greenville location by the hospital instead.

This is a typically busy DD in Powdersville located directly off 153 in a strip mall.
Despite a very well kept store front, which appears new and frequently cleaned, the drive-thru line wraps around the back of the building near the garbage area. It has seen some weather. It’s not picturesque or inviting (see photos).
The service was slightly better than what is to be expected. Thankfully my order was ready upon arrival to the drive-thru window, as I was car number seventeen in line (no exaggeration). Order was correct and efficiently conveyed. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and blueberry glazed donut.
Employee was pleasant and professional.
Will definitely come here again and would recommend, although I have had other experiences where the drink was not made properly. Hence the 3 stars out of 5.

I purposely avoid this location after attempting to try it for the 5th time and AGAIN having a horrible experience! It takes a lot for me to make a 2 star review! After working myself in the food industry for 14 years. I know good service and quality! The ladies/other fellas inside have a complete lack of respect. And they voice it! Coming through drive thru I needed a bagel with sausage and cheese it was even repeated back to me nope I received sausage and egg. Came inside! I let her know. She went back and I heard a LOUD growl type scream! Girl I hope you are okay! I know I am. Its a BAGEL. The management coming from the back office with her phones shows me she had no time or energy for it. Just lazy. All I could hear was drama, cursing, and people talking junk. Nice atmosphere to take a kid into huh?

Today on my lunch break, which is at 7am because I work midnights, I spent $5.02 on a medium iced caramel latte and I took three swallows as of taking this picture! It’s literally ALL ice! Total garbage! I won’t ever order anything cold from this place again! I watched this guy that I assume was new try to put my drink together the cup wasn’t even half full when he jammed it full of use. He smashed it to fit down in the cup and I assumed get the drink cold. There was still a gap at the top of my drink so he handed it to the girl working there and she jammed EVEN MORE ICE INTO IT instead of putting a little more of a beverage like maybe milk in there! It would’ve cost the place less than a penny for! And I had to pay $5! Good luck staying in business this way! Especially in this economy we are living in!

First time at this Dunkin location with my cousin to try the Ice spice drink. I asked one employee where their restroom was and they kindly told me where . Overall, the ice spice drink is pretty good Id say it takes like a sugar cooke !
