Great experience at this taco truck! They were super fast with our order, and when there was a small mistake, they immediately remade it without any issues. The food arrived quickly, tasted fresh, and was really good quality. The workers were friendly, patient, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Tacos la Madrina never disappoints. Everything about them is immaculate. From the service to the food. I messaged them through Google to place an order and they got back to me not even a minute later. Withing 5 I had placed my order, paid and just had to pick it up. I am apart of their new system they have going on through Facebook/Facebook messenger and because joined they sent me a coupon for 3 quesabirria tacos. With or without a coupon though, they are so worth it!
Food: The consomé alone is packed with so much flavor. You can taste every single spice! So delicious.
The Quesabirria tacos were to die for. It’s generously filled with meat and cheese. The perfect amount of crispiness and then pairing both the tacos and the consomé is a match made in heaven, with the salsas too. Even the pickles onions were delish.
The carne asada fries were evenly spread. Literally everything was so good. I have never eaten food so fast before. My son, couldn’t have eaten his taco any faster! There’s a reason why they’re #1 in the HD, and if they’re not, they are in mine and my family’s book.

Well, here for the first time, because I saw how many stars it had and the reviews looked really good when I went, there was no line the service was so good they made sure your order was completely correct, and they even gave you extras if you want more, I would love for a debit card or credit card to be taken as well but other than that everything was great. The food was amazing. I had the Kearny Asada fries and whatever she says they used is going to have me coming back.

Wow what a find in the High Desert!!! Visited the Hesperia location tonight for the first time. I must say, each employee was super nice, friendly, and professional. The food was way beyond our expectations and we will definitely be frequenting this location in weeks to come.

Best taco truck ever. Me and my husband drive from down the hill just to eat here. Trip is so worth it. The bread for the tortas is amazing quality, every meat we’ve tried is fantastic, flavors are always on point, super fresh, and the jamaica is the best I’ve ever had. Not overly sweet, tastes very natural with a hint of tartness. I always get a large of it Family owned business and so happy they have a brick and mortar as well which we will definitely try next time. The quesabirria tacos with a cup of consome on a cold day/night was my favorite thing ❤️ Thank you for keeping our bellies happy!!

Recommend 100%… My favorite Mexican go to spot for Carne Asada fries, queso birrira tacos, quesadilla, tacos, horchata lol all there food is BOMB! There’s no Mexican restaurant up here in Hesperia that can compete with this taco truck. Hours very, mostly open evening time to the night.
