I ordered through Uber eats and it has nothing to do with the arrival of my food but the butter chicken taste like very sweet and a bunch of cinnamon. I know it’s crazy but it taste like cinnamon. I’ve had way better, butter chicken the lamb was ok I would definitely not order this again. The shrimp appetizer has A good flavor, but some of the shrimp still had the skin on it.

OOH LALA had a line, which shows how popular it is, but it moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and courteous. The food was excellent! The naan is prepared in a traditional tandoor (we had the garlic option, which had the perfect texture, consistency, and flavor). The chicken curry, made with chicken thigh, was delicious and packed with spice. I usually enjoy spicy food, but I was advised to stick with medium, and I’m glad I did- I was *sweating* while eating it. Will definitely revisit.

Everything we ordered was packed with flavor. The taste was truly exceptional and stood out as the highlight. You certainly won’t leave hungry; the portion sizes were quite decent and offered great value for the price.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

False advertisements with false prices. Allegedly the prices were raised weeks ago and the menu doesn’t reflect it. Butter chicken 2 dollars more than menu price. Didn’t honor the prices on the menu. No apologies. Though the butter chicken was delicious.

Used to love this place. The food is delicious, that isn’t the problem. The problem is that they have cut the portions almost in half from what you used to get for the same price. $27 for a side of garlic naan, lamb tikka and a mango lassi.

We had an awesome experience. The atmosphere of Kerns Food Hall is fun and unique. The food and service at Ooh LALA were phenomenal! We had the buttered chicken and tandoori chicken with samosas. Everything was top notch.

This was amazing. I was hesitant going into a food hall, but it really just enhanced it. It was insanely good. We had Butter Chicken and Chicken Kiada with Naan. Good sized portions and decent pricing considering location. We sat at the counter, but there’s cool outside seating too. We will be back.

Best Indian food in Knoxville! Given that it’s so hard to find good quality food, hits the spot exactly. Would recommend anyone to come. Spices aren’t too spicy and the food is delicious!
