Pho Cambridge is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Such a great experience. Staff were so attentive and seated us within 10 mins (expect waiting time of 15-20 min during peak times). Food arrived fast and everything tasted great! Portions were very generous and probably would avoid starters if having pho/soup/noodle dishes.

Had lunch at Pho Cambridge and really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. We ordered a bowl of Vietnamese pho and a chicken fried noodles dish. The pho was quite nice, flavorful and comforting.
However, the chicken fried noodles turned out to be more like a Thai-style Pad Thai, with a very strong lemongrass flavor. It didn’t quite have the taste or aroma you’d usually expect from Pad Thai or Vietnamese stir-fried noodles. Perhaps the recipe or cooking style could be adjusted a little to better match the description on the menu.
Overall, it was still a lovely dining experience — great environment, attentive service, and even a postcard given at the end, which was a sweet touch.

Love the vibes. The staff and crew are attentive and friendly! The food was fantastic and flavorful. The pho broth is soothing, warming, hearty, and clear (not fatty or weak). The crispy spring rolls are exactly that – crispy but not oily and the veges are a flavorful and light.
Absolutely recommend this place when you are looking to warm your belly on a chilly night. Great for groups or as a solo eater.

Honestly, hands down the best experience. If you’re looking for good service and good food. Pho was the way to go. We were not rushed at any point the service was TOP NOTCH. Our waitress Rohana, was the sweetest person. She took the best care of us and to be honest the food was insanely good. If I could give the waitress a million stars. I would. But will be coming back. My recommendation is to get the baby squid.
