I recently tried Oodle Noodle and ordered the Carbonara udon, spicy tan tan ramen, and a tempura bowl. Overall, it was a solid meal with good variety.

The Carbonara udon was creamy and rich, with thick noodles that held the sauce well. It’s a fusion-style dish, but it works — the texture of the udon pairs nicely with the savory, cheesy sauce. Definitely comforting and filling.

The spicy tan tan ramen had a good level of heat and depth. The broth was flavorful with that nutty, slightly spicy profile you expect from tan tan. It wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy, just enough to give it a kick. The noodles were cooked well and the toppings balanced everything out.

The tempura bowl added a nice crunch to the meal. The batter was light and crispy, not overly greasy, and paired well with rice underneath.

Overall, it’s a good spot when you’re craving noodles with some variety. Portions were satisfying, flavors were solid, and it’s worth checking out if you’re in the mood for something warm and comforting.

My family and I have dined here several times and it never disappoints. We love the food here — the udon noods are perfectly al dente, and honestly, you cannot go wrong with any bowl you choose. We’re partial to cold udon though, so we frequently order that. We also love their hand rolls, though we’ve noticed they cut back on what used to be an extensive listing of hand rolls.

Also, their calamari and hamachi crudo (yellowtail with yuzu and jalapeño) are delicious!

Service is efficient.

There is ample free parking in a lot that’s shared with many other restaurants. Highly recommend this local joint. So good!

Extremely friendly and nice service at a cute little noodle bar. I ordered the shrimp tempura which was excellent, and my udon beef saganaki was okay but I thought the broth was somewhat flavorless no matter how much I added to it. I left still feeling hungry, so the portions are on the smaller side. My wagyu beef should definitely have been A bigger portion at those prices.

Tbh I probably would not have been drawn to this place based on the name and font, but a friend took me here, and I was shocked by how good it is, like something you’d get in Japan. There are multiple condiments at the table, too.

The large udon is about twice as much noodles as the medium, fyi, and my photo shows a medium, with the spoon in the top corner for scale.

Very good, very authentic. The yuzu soda was very nice. Had fresh zested yuzu in the drink. The grilled sausage with whole grain mustard was very good. Had the Nabeyaki Hot Pot Udon small size good for one person. The large size is very large could feed two people. It’s a small place so you can end up next to noisy people or considerate people.

This is a great udon/sushi restaurant. It is off the strip close by the Gold Coast Casino. The good thing is that the food is good. The musubis they make are delicious.

Our waitress was super nice and the udon noodles are so soft! I got the large Niratama Udon, which was very large and not too expensive ($14)! The atmosphere was also very laid back and quiet. My favorite part of this place was the jar of tempura flakes- it was a nice condiment to have.

Silky udon with rich umami sauce, comforting hot tempura udon in fragrant dashi, light and crispy shrimp tempura, and juicy karaage with a squeeze of lemon. Every bite hits. 8/10

Outstanding! All of the food we’ve had here has been top quality and the service is great as well. We bring visiting friends here and everyone enjoys the delicious food. Our go to orders are nabeyaki udon, tan tan udon and tempura. The nabeyaki udon broth has a depth of flavor and isn’t overly sweet like low-quality broths. The tan tan udon is well portioned for the creaminess of the sauce, and the spice and the pickled vegetables (zhacai) help cut through and balance the dish. The tempura is light, not oily and again delicious. We don’t come across inari sushi often so we always make sure to have because it’s such a treat.

I have been here 3 times and haven’t had any major issues so far. The food I ordered so far has been delicious. The only thing that needs improvement is that the portions are small. I lived in Japan for 12 years so I know they serve small portions but this is America so I think they should increase the portions a bit to suit America. The staff is friendly and the automosphere is also nice.
