If you are looking for authentic Mexican food I recommend this place. I recommend sitting down. You’ll need time to savor the flavors and freshness of the food. There was a very little time waiting for the food nor a wait in line.

Chaparral Los Tapatios is the first truck stop Mexican restaurant that I’ve encountered. The restaurant has seating for hundreds and we were the only customers at the time.

The food was really good. Our waiter was pretty nice. My only major complaint is with the drinks they couldn’t blend the margaritas and my strawberry daiquiri tasted like it was put a bag. I would go back again for sure.
