I placed an order thru the app to have food delivered to my husband that’s in a treatment facility right now and the crew at this location is absolutely amazing! Everything ordered was exactly right, was delivered quickly & arrived hot! But what REALLY got me was the fact that when I placed the order and there’s that spot to write in any specific delivery instructions, well I put “write ‘your wife loves you’ on his box PLZ” & honestly figured they would see that, laugh & brush it off! NOPE my husband got his food & called me telling me they had in fact wrote it on there! & They’ve done this for me both times I’ve ordered from there for my husband! So THANK YOU for going above and beyond!! & For whatever it’s worth just know you put smiles on more than just mine & my husbands face… Its warmed the hearts of everyone I’ve told about this!! Y’all ARE amazing!! EXCELLENT JOB!!!

I have dealt with Ella on many occasions from delivering my hot meals that I’ve ordered in the past and present, but wanted to give her a shout out for being an awesome driver. Ordered a pizza for curbside. We asked for it to he put in the trunk, the delivery person comes to our driver side and ignores our VERBAL request to PLEASE put it in the trunk. She dropped it in my hands despite that and walked away. So we had to close the already open trunk, it would’ve even been easier for her to drop it in the trunk as we backed into the space towards the entrance/exit. Food looks delicious despite this awkward and random interaction. We will use Houston Highway’s Dominoes going forward.
