For a couple years I would get the same coffee every morning but would they would somehow mess it up more often than not especially food orders. lately I’ve enjoyed a frozen French vanilla here and there from other dunkins but I got 1 from here today and watched them pump 2 half pumps into a 7$ large frozen. It’s mostly ice and I’ve had it, I will not be returning to any dunkin donuts again when there is a perfectly good 7 brew in town that never cuts corners

Croissant was burnt and I asked for it to be toasted, they did not add the correct cheese and my cappuccino didn’t have anything that I requested in there, it was a Uber eats order and I don’t recommend. My sisters gf had ordered other stuff but i don’t know about theirs.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. They always take good care of myself and my order. They have excellent deals on mobile orders. They provide fast service, even though they are always busy. The products are good and they have an excellent variety of options. I get ice for my water and it lasts a long time. The coffee is great it helps me start my day. The workers are phenomenal and always cheer me up when I encounter them. They do a good job of keeping the orders straight under a great amount of activity and stress and still bring a smile. I love these workers and they product they produce.

I will admit, I love Dunkin’ Donuts. I prefer the one on State Street just because this location you say in order exactly how you want it they don’t give it to you that way and if you don’t look at the food at the counter, Supervisor will literally tell you I’m not replacing it. You walked out the door, I genuinely don’t like to come to this location and order food or coffee because they genuinely messed it up almost every single time but I don’t know if they got a new supervisor because the new lady was willing to remake the food so I’m willing to give them a four star actually a 4 because of the outstanding service the last time I was there.
