Chicken fajitas delivered by male manager. Not sizzling, ice cold. He told me the machine to heat was broken. Pile of last weeks black beans with cold rice. Worst lunch ever. My guest had chimmichnga. Not even fried. Oh yeah, my chix was only white and skillet dry as a bone.

We were seated quickly. Sat down was brought chips and salsa and ordered drinks and appetizer and he walked away. He came back around still no drinks but we had been waiting so long I asked if we could order so we ordered our food(still no drink and chips and salsa gone from hungry kids. Kept seeing him walking around but still no drinks…. He finally comes with the appetizer the food and water (not the drinks we ordered) all at the same time. 3 orders were wrong I gave him my plate back told him he could cancel my drink i ordered and let him know that the multiple issues were a problem he said he was triple sat and he didn’t even ask if I wanted something else or a manager with all the issues he finally brought my husband’s beer as we were done. I paid my $100 bill for absolutely horrible food and service and tipped him 18% I honestly wish I would have spoke to a manager because we didn’t even eat half the food that was ordered and our waiter just acted just opps I was busy too bad! Not a place I recommend for anyone to go to. We drove 22 hours from Florida and I wasn’t in the mood to argue with anyone but I wish I would have because I wasted $100 and only my kids ate we didn’t even eat the appetizer. Never again.

The food wasn’t that good. We had endless enchiladas, and the beef ones tasted like the meat had a bad frozen taste. The sour cream chicken was pretty good, the Verde wasn’t. However, the Mexican rice was tasty. The cilantro rice not so much. Needed more flavor. My husband is a chef, so I’m a foodie.. I know good food. Adam has great customer service he was the waiter.

Review 2022- I really want to support OTB, but service was not up to par. Items where missing from my meal that I had to ask for. I ordered sopapilla’s for dessert, yet the waiter brings them out while I’m still eating my entree. The group behind me had words with the same waiter. I’ve never seen a person dine and dash, but I saw it. A lady at the bar, barely touched her food and alcoholic beverage. I could tell she was also annoyed by the waiter so she just left. When I asked for my flour tortillas I received cold ones. This was the first time this has happened and all the yrs I’ve been going to OTB. I feel my waiter took unused tortillas from other tables. Note: I visited around 12-1pm on a weekday. I saw many men with briefcases coming out from the back. They looked like managers/corporate. If so it’s crazy that this was the worst experience I ever had from OTB. BTW the waiter said her name was Emma.

We ran in for margaritas queso chips and salsa and laughs. We had a great time our server Megan was wonderful and we thought that would be it but we ordered another bowl of queso and another Margarita and he stayed everything was fantastic.

I brought a friend here who has been very helpful to me over the years. I wanted to give back and show my appreciation for all they had done. As we were leaving, they said this was probably the best dining experience they had ever had. To me that sums it up!
