We were down from OKC & decided to try out on the Border. We have never ate there before so gave it a try. The restaurant was clean. They do seem like they could hire some more people, but like most establishments are looking to hire. The Young man who helped us was really nice & hard working but he was really overwhelmed with all the tables he had. Food was good but I do think this place is over priced, but now a days most places are. Overall I think we would come back cause the staff was great.

Horrible customer service!!!! We walked in, as a large group, and sat there for 20 minutes before walking out. Plenty of open tables, but the manager in charge took absolutely no action to even try to accommodate us. Small groups kept getting seated in wide open areas where tables were clearly available and space was open. This “manager” definitely did NOT manage as he should have. Also short staffed at the bar, it took way too long for a draft beer to be served. We walked out and took our business elsewhere. Watching money walk out the door is never in the best interest of any business. So glad we left when we did. Customer service is key!!!!!

My friend and I went here for lunch. The server was definitely being overworked but we watched her serving 6-7 tables, hosting, and still found time to make our tortillas! I gave her a 30% tip cause we were still served as if we were only patrons there. Oh, and the food is good too.

So good so fresh! The avocado fries were just awesome. Had the combo and the New Mexico plate with Chile relleno and an enchilada de carnitas WoW! The rice needs work but the main dishes were great. Great service very attentive staff. Will be back.

Took over 15 minutes just to get seated standing in the front just waiting. I had to literally go up to a table and get a waiter to help me because I would’ve just been standing there forever waiting on the booth. The food was absolutely mediocre. we will never be back here. Our waiter was very unprofessional and not helpful as well so it’s just not a good experience. I don’t recommend you guys coming here and wasting money. The drinks were completely water down as well.

First time to this location, we usually go to the one closer to the mall. Was hoping it would be less busy than the other place, which it was! Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. I’m not much of a food critic, doesn’t take much to make me happy lol. The waitress was nice too. It was just her and a single trainee handling everyone’s tables, they did a great job!

Top off to the chefs here food was great and well prepared. The customer service was by far excellent. My waitress Ella and her trainy Leslie were very on top of their game just from observing them work the room to make sure every customer was taken care of. Excellent follow up from Jordan the manager! We had an issue with an order. I called the restaurant and spoke to Jordan and he did an outstanding job handling the situation. Its rare these days to have someone go above and beyond to make it right. Most people just don’t care-not the case this time. Thank you for making it right! Great job.
