I have no complaints. After eating from the few restaurants in the area and just being tired of the same ole foods. Shawn’s Kitchen has given me a reason to eat something other than seafood, IYKTYK Tried fried twinkie✅fried snicker ✅and fried Oreo’s✅✅. I’ve had the shrimp foil of course, the steak n veggies foil and of course the brisket with the trimmings. If you love good food, prepared with love, at a decent price, then you will not be disappointed. Most places can’t handle the heat on grand opening and something always goes wrong (overcooked/undercooked). Aught,aught, not here he sold out. This review is my opinion and trust me I know good food when I taste it cause I cook too just don’t own a business. I’ll be wherever he’s located and rooting til the end.

Got a fritter sandwich with fries that was perfectly cooked and delicious. The Philly steak sandwich was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The portions are generous and the food is fresh. Just what Peoria needs!
