A good restaurant for sushi. The service was friendly and the menu has many options with plenty of pictures to make it easy to select what you want. Most of the appetizers and sushi we ordered were good, the only exception was the seaweed salad which wasn’t as tasty as the other plates. The green tea mochi was okay.

Awesome spot! They’ve got really great food, Orion on tap, and a significant cash discount. You can’t go wrong here.

I ordered the Ginza roll (based on other reviews on DD) and the Spicy Tuna Maki roll. The Ginza was delicious and included 8 pieces. The Maki was 6 pieces. They did not have an option to add on a side of spicy mayo from the menu, but I was able to request it via the note/special request section under the roll and they included it.
After I finished the two rolls, I wanted more and wish I ordered another roll for a total of 3. I would absolutely order from here again. I ordered via DoorDash so I’m unable to provide feedback on the atmosphere and service, but the food spoke for itself.

Overall, would come back.
Best way to describe this place is that this is Japanese American food (think of Chinese American food than Chinese food). Food is on the sweeter side as a whole.
I had the unagi don lunch, the Agedashi tofu, and the complimentary cabbage side dish. As long as your expectations are that this is Japanese American food, you will enjoy your experience. The food was tasty.
You will be sorely disappointed otherwise if you are hoping for authentic Japanese food. You’re better off going to Fuji nearby (lol) though that place isn’t necessarily authentically Japanese either.

Wide selection of sushi, both complex and simpler options. Prompt service, friendly staff, and well priced as a more casual spot.

Intimate setting, high quality food, amazing service.
Our waitress was very on top of things. She was very kind and knowledge.
Everyone got a complimentary izakaya salad, it was delicious.
The food was very fresh and plated nicely.
The fish was fresh and had great flavor. The pork buns had great crunch and flavor.
I would order everything again. And I wanted more izakaya salad.

An absolute gem on the south shore in Quincy. Quaint, cozy, well lit, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent service. Nice variety menu. Great portions fairly priced. Ordered the Yakitori (skewers) chicken skin, pork belly and chicken thigh with scallion, the Osaka roll, dragon, spider maki, uni and unagi sashimi. All were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Best sushi on the South Shore. Highly recommend. Definitely returning to try the other items on the menu.

Your favorite Quincy Realtor here. This place gets my vote. Came for a late lunch (3:30pm) so the place was quiet. The starter salad they give you as part of every meal is simple but amazingly tasty. I ordered the Miyako Japanes soda, Fujikawa roll, pork belly skewer, veggie spring rolls, and pork gyoza. I was wildly impressed with the sushi roll and soda. As for the pork belly skewer it was an impulse buy and I realized its not my thing. Gyoza and spring roll were to-go but they look good. My waitress was friendly and on point. I will def be back and will recommend to clients for sure. – this section here is the start of my edited review : which is me coming back for a second time and enjoying it just as much as the first time. The ingredients are super fresh and I have added a video and another picture.
