This is my favorite Chipotle in the South Burbs. I live in South Holland and will still take the drive to the Lansing location. Food is ALWAYS FRESH and the Chips have never been stale or unsalted. Staff has positive energy, good portions, clean lobby/kitchen area, no complaints from me. Keep up the great work! Good food is hard to find!

Please go to South Holland or Indiana. Lazy workers, Rude workers, and slow service make for a horrible experience. She was leaning against the table (as seen in the picture) the entire time. AND my guac was missing. Not much put into my Burrito outside of rice & beans.
Picked up an order via drive-thru. I then tried to pick up my a guac & chips, but the lady refused to scan my app. She said i needed to pay $5 in order for her to scan it. I informed her that wasn’t what the app said, but she said there was nothing she could do & she walked away. I asked her again to scan my app so I can see what’s needed, but she refused. She then says to another worker, “come talk to this lady because she isn’t listening”. The other worker comes over, scans my app, and gives me chips & salsa. I Did Not need to pay $5 and he Was able to scan my phone. She literally lied twice and then walked away. So rudeness, unprofessionalism, and laziness was demonstrated in less than 2 minutes. South Holland and Indiana are a few short minutes away.

NEVER AGAIN! This chipotle is extra dirty and the workers are not friendly. But today I vow to never eat chipotle again in life. This is beyond disgusting. I found half a bug in my food, and I feel sick thinking I ate the other half. Look at what I dug out of my bowl. I’m furious! This is the worst dining experience I’ve ever had! And worst of all I can’t even get a person on the phone, I sent an email but can’t even get a refund and I lost my appetite. Also my kids ate meals from here, I ate last. So I have no idea if my kids accidentally ate bugs too. I’m so disturbed at the lack of quality control. If this what I can SEE in my food, imagine what else. Gross! Chipotle will never see my money again and I’ve been eating here since they opened in Lansing and before that in other places.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat had to use the washroom, was told it was out of service, but there comes and employee coming out. Restaurant seating area was not clean garbage outside full. Have had better food at other chipotles will not return to this one.

I doordashed from this location and when I received my salad it had a bunch of watery sour cream at the bottom of the bowl. I even transferred the food to another bowl and the sour cream was still watery. I’m highly disappointed because I thought the food would be good. Please do better.

I went through the drive through and made eye contact with an employee with pink hair in her head who I can say was actively making an order. I waited a few minutes nothing abnormally crazy, I watched her stop making the same order multiple times to talk to other employees while we still we not greeted or acknowledged. I hcan see a pretty empty lobby to where anyone not just the pink haired lady could have greeted us. She came to the window and asked for a name bluntly said they still making it and walked away. No other employees could be found for a minute or two before a lovely lady came and actually helped us. (Sidenote: food was ready and sitting on the shelf)

Ordered online and came to pick it up when they told me to. Still waited for 30+ minutes and it wasn’t even ready. Staff didn’t acknowledge me once the entire time I was waiting by the pickup, even when I asked for my order. Was here for 30 minutes after the pickup time they gave me. Honestly worst service I’ve ever experienced ever.

-steak burrito bowl is not steak, some other kind of spicy meat then they put queso & pinto beans.
-steak tacos they didnt my put my cheese or lettuce that i asked for.

Walked in, i was the only customer in line. Still took 15 minutes to get my order. At least 5 employees standing around doing nothing. 1 person handling the entire food service line. And she had a crap attitude, very unfriendly and militant. All the other employees had same attitude. There were 2 non employees leaning in front of the checout station, not eating just hanging out. Felt like staring me down. Felt a little unsafe and intimidated by these 2 characters. Last time going here. Ill go to NWI.
