Restaurant was neat and clean. Service was ok. No complaints. We bought couple of shawarma wraps and a meal. The size of the wrap was good, however the shawarma melt wrap, which was supposed to have lot of cheese in it, did not seem to have that much cheesy melt in it. Was expecting a cheesy wrap, but it ended up almost like a regular wrap. Garlic sauces were charged separately, whereas in many other restaurants I have seen them give one sauce with each meal/wrap for free. But that’s their business model, so no complaints for not getting free sauces. Overall the experience was ok.

Really disappointed with the staff here. Each time I come they serve me more rice and less salad/hummus. I finally asked the most recent time I visited if they could add some more because they filled my tray with mostly rice where the salad should’ve been. Staff refused to hear me out and denied hearing out my concern. As far as I know there are three employees, two men and one woman. The woman is the one who refused to listen to me. I wouldn’t normally complain but I used to really like this place. My family has also experienced an extreme decline in service and food quality in the past months, very disappointing. On top of that, their bathroom has been closed for weeks and there’s always water all over their floor from a leak. Hoping this restaurant can get their act together, went from 10 to 0 quick.

Chicken was UNDER cooked, salad looked nothing like the pics they advertised. I was charged for extra pita and did not get extra pita. I bought a soda while I waited for my food and they double charged me! I didn’t notice until this morning so now I really feel like I was ripped off! I love supporting family owned restaurants but I can’t justify supporting this business. Also the cashier (chubby white guy) needs help with his customer service or find a different job outside of the service industry, because he is not friendly. That’s coming from a woman who felt like he talked to me like a child with a condescending tone. In every aspect, this establishment can do better! Or they will be gone by next year

Ordered Express Plate 11 & Express Signature 17, the server was really nice although it stipulates no substitution for Express Signature Plates , he kindly offered if I was satisfied with the whole plate, he replaced my basmati rice with a delicious salad , the baba ganoush is delicious, love the hummus & beans, will come back for sure! Super fresh food

Can be difficult to spot, has impossible parking, but worth every struggle to get there! Fantastic vegetarian options, baba ganoush, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, radishes roasted veggies. They even have a baklava ice cream dessert. The falafel is great and very filling. Ask for a side of garlic sauce with your order!

Recently had a party of 40 guests catered. The food was very good. We did find one hair in one of the meat dishes when we opened it. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, had flavor. Would have still been 5 stars but we spent over $800 and did not receive everything we were supposed to get with our order. Two items were missing. They gave some attitude when we asked for some to go boxes by mistake. We didn’t know we were supposed to pay for those to get them. It wasn’t that easy to get a response/confirmation of our order from the person in charge of catering orders. This review is more for the food than the service. If you order much in advance you should be good!
