From the moment I walked in, the customer service at this restaurant was outstanding. I was greeted warmly right away and made to feel genuinely welcomed, which set the tone for the entire experience. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to offer recommendations. We had the opportunity to meet the manager because of a mishap with our food but he made sure we knew the situation immediately and gave us a gift card and dessert to make up for it. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. When it was time to leave, I was thanked sincerely, which really tied everything together and made the experience feel complete. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. If you go in ask for lily!

Our company did a catering order that was delivered to us. Andrew took our order and did a great job of helping us decide on our order size based on our wants and number of people we are serving. His recommendations worked out great and was perfect portions for our group, delicious food!

Best place to eat in Portland. Great place to meet up with friends or have a nice dinner date. The brussel sprouts and BBQ ribs are my favorite, just so so good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable.

She was personable, attentive, and overall so kind. This was our first time visiting and though we’re from out of town, if we come back we will be sure to ask for her again! Our server was amazing, although I forgot to catch her name. Even though it was a random Tuesday at 12:30 we our food came out AMAZING and everything had great taste. Ordered a ny strip and pasta.
Bathroom was a bit… Meh. Cold, could be kept up better.

Great experience, family stopped by for a visit, we came here for lunch. The staff was super nice and gave us a great seating, we had a baby with us. Everyone loved the food, but my wife’s chicken marsala was amazing and the spinach artichoke dip with flatbed appetizer is going to be a new go to. I highly recommend this place because they have great unique flavors that sets this place apart.

Excellent meal! Great service! Chelsea was wonderful! I had a pizza with gluten free crust topped with bacon and feta cheese. I asked about the ingredients of a dessert and Chelsea was so fantastic. She went to the back and looked to see if there was anything that might bother my gluten allergy. What a fantastic server! I will definitely go back to Olivera’s when I’m in town again!

Pictured is a grilled chicken wet burrito. I added jalapenos and onions. The jalapenos were fresh not pickled!
Fish and chips. They offered a Lent menu, even though it’s not Friday. The hubs ordered a double cheeseburger with onion rings.
Everything tasted great!
We’ll be making a special trip from Lansing to try other menu delights!

I enjoyed Oliver’s and would return. For burger, fries and soft drink with tax and tip I paid $26. Pretty pricey. Food was really good. Fries were fantastic. Blackened burger was very tasty. Service was very pleasant but slow. Really enjoyed the surroundings were open and contemporary. It was a cold day so the overhead garage doors were not open. That is a great option for warmer weather.
