I was doing a take out order and had the best experience I’ve ever had here. I always have good customer service at this Olive Garden but this was exceptional. I was in the pick up parking spot in my silver Honda civic and this employee named Ty was doing a phenomenal job. He checked on me three times while I waited for food which is not what I expected but was nice all the same. He was funny, competent and was just a really hard worker. It’s hard to describe why, but he had an amazing vibe about him and made me wanna come back. Honestly he was just a great guy and I really wish I could give him a cash tip. Thanks dude! Also thanks for the mints!

So happy we went. I wanted pasta, and I wanted consistency. I go to Olive Garden like once or twice a year, and eat out every day. The past few days my meals at other places hadn’t been great, some were inedible, so I wanted food I could trust. We were seated immediately. Our server was a firm but lovely woman, Luba, I believe? She brought soda refills without being asked, was efficient, and it was obvious she is good at her job and takes it seriously. She knew the name of the customer behind us, and when he noted it was too much food she said patiently, “It’s the same portion I always give you, _____”. Sam the Manager made sure we were satisfied. Salad was excellent. Breadsticks were some of the best OG breadsticks I’ve had in YEARS. Hot, soft, buttery, garlicky, little salty. The breadsticks of old! Alfredo was perfect. Angel hair was what I needed (not a fettuccine fan). I loved every minute of that meal and can’t wait for my leftovers!! I was so excited I forgot to take pictures.

I have been to this location several times, but I am basing it off of my most recent visit, which I am basing this review off of. For starters, Olive Garden has always had and will have great food. They cook it super well and it always tastes fresh and of good quality. I got the Tour of Italy, which is a great way to get a variety of different things. The breadsticks and gnocchi soup are also always great.
The service is really good as well. Our server, Jackson was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and personable. It was not just Jackson that made the service awesome, everyone there was very friendly and attentive!
The one downside to Olive Garden and it is not the biggest issue is that the tables at times seem to close together. The place is decorated to give off a very relaxing and tranquil vibe, but the tables together sometimes make it hard to have that experience.
Overall though, Olive Garden is a great staple to go to for great food and service! 8.8/10

Love the only OG OG anytime!! Despite the very long wait, the food was excellent, and I’m so glad my favorite dish is now part of the lighter entrée menu—guilt‑free and delicious. Our waiter, whose name I sadly can’t recall (it starts with H), was incredibly kind and apologetic whenever something was delayed or missed. His thoughtful gesture of giving us a box of mint chocolates at the end truly made up for the wait. After a long, tiring day, service like his is exactly what makes the experience worthwhile. I hope he continues to bring the same warmth and care to every guest.” something like this always make the customer presence valuable. Excellent! ❤️

I came to this restaurant on 05/17/2025 that I always come to and never had any issues. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and when I received my plate there was a hair in it. I let the waiter know and he then took it back and brought me another plate. I cut my chicken and swallowed the piece of chicken I cut which tasted weird. I then proceeded to cut the rest of my chicken and saw that the 3 pieces I was served were completely raw. As my friend & I dissected the chicken we realized it was never cooked and completely pink. One of the waiters saw us and asked if everything was okay we then proceeded to tell her what was going on and she brought the manager to us. When the manager arrived he had this smirk on his face and asked us what was going on with the chicken. We then proceed to tell him what was going on he the picked up the plate and started to pick up the chicken with the knife not even listening to us. We asked him how does this happen and he pretty much laughed it off and said he has a new cook. He then stated he took everything off our receipt except the drinks which we ordered water and 1 tea. He was so unprofessional and did not handle this situation with care. He pretty much shrugged off the situation and wanted us to pay for our one drink and leave. I will be filling a complaint with the health department as well. I’m writing this Google review today since they have not responded to my Bb complaint.

Delicious food across all 3 courses! Tasted fresh, and well cooked. Server was incredibly sweet and gracious when customizing dishes. The only complaint would be the bread being on the harder side, it’s pretty hit or miss on the bread. But everything else from drinks to dessert was fantastic!

Went to this location and had a really bad experience with our waiter Daysi. My friends and I are pretty frequent guests at olive garden. We go about twice a month. 2 of us arrived early and were waiting on our 3rd guest to show not long after us. We placed drink orders and asked if we could order our salad. She quick cut us off with attitude and said we couldn’t order a salad until we order entrees and that it was store policy. Silly but understandable. So after ordering our food we mentioned that we would be sharing a plate so if they could split it between 2 plate for us that would be greatly appreciated. Then she asked if we wanted soup or salad. We chose salad of course and were quickly met with a cut off saying if you want a refill on the salad it would be extra, which we understood. She then repeated the message when dropping the smallest portioned olive garden salad I have ever seen in my life off at our table. (image shown below) Usually our salads are portioned enough where we can both get about 2 plates out of it and we barely got 1 serving each this time. She came moments later with our pasta on one plate. After asking if we could have it split for the 2 of us. By this time our menus are still sitting on the table, and we have to shovel around plates to make this one fit since she hadn’t take any of our other plates that we stacked neatly into a pile for ease. It felt like the entire time we were there we were met with a short attitude and the constant “as per store policy” remarks made us feel like children that were unwelcome. We are all in our mid 20’s and i’m sure we could pass as teenage looking in some instances. But to treat us like children is just very upsetting. We have all worked in the food industry so we know it can be a rough job. That’s why we like to be as nice as possible and helpful towards our waiters. But with this visit even after being as nice as we were it was truly disappointing.
