Poor customer service. My husband and I are travelers and we stop by almost everywhere. Mcdonalds is one of the biggest franchises out there and I haven’t really had an issue until now. This particular Mcdonalds has an older woman that works the front counter Her name isn’t relevant. But her attitude speaks for itself. There was an issue we had with our order in their kiosk and this employee immediately told my husband it was his fault. That he made the mistake and he needs to go to the other side for help. She also continued to make rude and sly comments where everyone can hear her. I then asked to speak to a manager who seemed to be understanding and I look to my right and she’s staring me down, so I look back and she immediately says she doesn’t know what happened, and began arguing with me about how she doesn’t see what she did wrong. So I explained to her that it’s a customer service job, and she’s supposed to help customers when they ask for it, and if she couldn’t provide the help then she should get someone else who can. Her manager apologized for her. I told her don’t apologize to me, she’s the one who needs to be sorry, and she should apologize to my husband for the way she treated him. We work hard driving through 48 states all we ask is for a little respect. The rude lady then approached our table because she sees me doing the survey. And gives us a wack apology. “You guys can do whatever you want, I’m just here to say sorry, but idk what happened or what I did, I just wanted to come here and get that out the way”. We said thank you. But no ma’am unacceptable. Watch out for her. Like she said if you need help. Go to someone else.

OMG, some of the slowest service ever. I placed my mobile order at about 6:28pm and I didn’t receive it until 7:04pm.i could see my ticket and it was being ignored and when I asked on status, their excuse was they were waiting on one of my burgers even though I’m the end they were waiting on fries. By the time I got to my room about 5 minutes away, my burgers were cold and and fries warm. Plus I ordered the Grinch fries which were supposed to come with dill pickle seasoning but no seasoning what so ever. Never again..

This McDonald’s is terrible and has been this way for years!! Employees cussing and complaining, throwing out food around, them get an attitude when you ask for condiments. I would rather eat in the truck stop it’s connected to. Same quality and taste as well as service. The truck stop might have better service as well as customer service also.! They even ruined my breakfast Super hard biscuits, water drenched eggs and they made my pancakes taste like watery eggs.! Waste of money here period! I know I’m not the only one !! Terrible and didn’t even want to attempt to finish it. McD’s come on man get it together out here already.

Excellent atmosphere to enjoy a breakfast w/hot cakes, and a coffee. Ladies at the front desk are very friendly and courteous.
I saw the effort to keep cleaning the floor and tables. The lady and charge walk around, probably like 10 or 15 minutes, to make sure everything is in place.

Couldn’t place an order, tried to order at the counter but lady wouldn’t take my order. Said use kiosk, it wouldn’t work and the lady walked away when I asked for help. After looking at reviews I understand now, apparently the management and owners don’t care. Can’t believe Corporate doesn’t cancel some of these franchises!

Today, I found out this store offers hamburgers with no added salt! Great since I’m on a low sodium diet. This was my cheat meal for the week. I took my visiting grandson for a Happy Meal. Along with the lightly salted fries, this was the best Mc Donald’s meal I’ve ever had!

the lady on the cash register just treat us so bad I’ll never come by this McDonald’s and the manager on duty didn’t help they didn’t want to give me any number and no name to put a complaint I’ll give this shift team a -5 star

I ordered online at 10:15 and the lady told me she couldn’t process my order because it was close to 10:30. It wouldn’t cancel cause he app said they marked it down as for pickup. She refunded me all rude and didn’t even give me back what was charged. I lost out on money and customer service was terrible. I’ll never stop here again

There is a group of teenagers running this restaurant. It took 30 mins to get my food, they kept shouting at each other. Complaining about work. Easily the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been too. Don’t stop here if all possible, it’s not worth it. The employees started arguing with customers. Very rude.
