Our family went to Olive Garden at the beginning of Aug, 2023. As usual, our food was excellent! But even better was the service we had from a young lady, Logan! Haven’t been here in awhile, but we were able to stop in for dinner. The menu has been updated alot since we were here last time, so we got to try some new items out. The bread sticks and salad was great as usual. We also had a great waitress, who was very friendly and helpful.

Good food but terrible service. We got sat by a very kind hostess that accommodated seating for our daughter but the waitress service (Sonya) was a different story. After being brought out our breadsticks and salad we asked for additional of both. Some time went by before she returned and she didn’t even bring all that was asked. Then I needed a refill on a drink that had to ask for and she didn’t even bring back what I was drinking and I had to ask for the correct drink. Then when our meal was brought out my wife moved the empty dishes for the waitress to put our food on the table and she proceeded to walk away. When she returned my wife had to ask her to bus our table so we could even have room to eat our meal. When we were finished we went to pay for our meal on the Kiosk but we couldn’t. We then find out prior to leaving that she had paid for our table with another tables card. If she hadn’t of realized this then we wouldn’t even have paid for our meal. I have been to this Olive Garden many times and had a great experience, but the last couple times have been poor service. I most likely will not be returning to this Olive Garden with my family in the future.
