I’ve always been coming to this Popeyes location since I was a little kid. Recently, every time during the day when we come, our sauces and condiments are never in there. Even when we triple ask for them. However, there’s in one manager I want to give praises to. The manager Jason is always there at night and is usually by himself with one other employee, and yet he does his job well and always makes sure we are getting the best service. He is always sweet, caring, and goes above and beyond for this store. This man needs more recognition and deserves better.

Food has always been decent but I was able to place an order online 10 minutes before they closed (close your ordering earlier to avoid this). Drove over. Arrived 3 minutes before they closed just to be totally ignored at the door after I had already paid. Now I have to deal with corporate to get a refund. Will never be back

I’ve been to this Popeyes twice since being in Austin visiting my family. First day, I waited maybe 5 minutes to be served and that was first thing in the morning when they opened. However, my biscuits were nice and hot. Went back a few days later just to order one biscuit. Two employees were working. I said good morning, neither acknowledge me. I said it again and the guy who looked to be working on frying chicken, looked up and went in the back. The other guy looked as though he was cleaning a surface and then he looked at me when I said Good Morning for the third time. So I’m thinking king ok, clearly they see me standing here. He goes in the back and so I’m like ok, is anyone going to wait on me. After about 10 minutes, which I started to leave, but then I said to him again, Hello. He then stops what he is doing, come to the counter and I say in a friendly voice “are you done with your chores now”. He doesn’t even crack a smile or say anything. So I sau, all I want is a biscuit. He hands me the biscuit, I try to give him my money to pay for it, and he says “no charge”. Now I probably should give them more stars because the biscuit was hot and free, what I didn’t like was that both employees saw me, but ignored me as if I wasn’t even standing there. They could’ve at least said, “I’ll be with you shortly instead of ignoring me. So my stars are for the free hot biscuit, but not the service.

The lunch team at this Popeye’s is fantastic. This is the best and cleanest Popeye’s I’ve ever been to.
The gentleman behind the counter took my order politely, professionally, and quickly. It was entered correctly.
The wait to get my food was very short. When I got it, it was hot and fresh.
The chicken was perfectly cooked. I got both the ghost pepper wings and spicy tenders (this that aren’t cooked together) and both were perfectly done, cooked through, juicy, and tender with a crunchy outside! The biscuit is fluffy, flavorful and not dense.
The restaurant is really clean, too! That’s the biggest difference here from other Popeye’s. Not that other stores are nasty; they’re clean too, but this one is very very clean.
I’m serious, this is the best Popeye’s I’ve been to, and one of the Top Three fast food restaurants I’ve been to in the US.

The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. My food was cooked wrong, I was given an attitude when I went to address this. I asked for the extra sides I paid for didn’t get anything. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. The people barely spoke English and had the worst attitude ever. Thank you trump so much for what you’re doing making this country a better safer place.

This is the worst branch of Popeyes that I have ever been to. Gave me cold food and three wings in a 4 pc combo. When I returned the manager had no sense on how to respond did nothing to resolve. Like I don’t understand I have the food back untouched, it’s not coming out of your pocket just change. I went to KFC next door and got fresh chicken!
