We frequent this establishment a few times during the summer. Our experiences have always been positive and the service has never been an issue. I can understand other’s service frustrations being that it is usually staffed by school kids during the summer and sometimes the can be distracted. We love to take our treats and sit by the creek and enjoy a bit of nature. Some updated seating along there would be nice to see. Overall a nice little place to stop with the fam for a treat or snack.

I placed an online pickup order and drove to DQ during there regular hours. We are a 30 min drive from this dq and were in the area for dinner so we wanted a nice treat. Here to find out they aren’t open and the road to get into the parking lot is closed off, with nobody answering the phones.
Google and the dq app said the store location was still OPEN.
Very disappointed in this location, waiting for our money back & rewards that we used. Left a very angry voicemail.
At least if your going to close early state that.

Just stopped here with my daughter for dessert and service tonight was incredible. The girls working were kind, helpful, and efficient. I got some of the fastest and best blizzards ever! I hope to see more of these hard working young people.

I had went to DQ last night for a blizzard in the drive thru, and on the sign when ordering next to the Blizzard section it says served upside down or next is free or on us or whatever, so I was like hm okay, i pull around to the window and the lady handed me the blizzard normally so I was like “so how do I get the next blizzard because it wasn’t served upside down”, and she didn’t say a word and just pointed to a tiny sticker on the window I couldn’t make out, and I asked what, and she said with such an attitude that “we don’t do that” and I responded by saying “okay, but why does it say it back where I ordered, that it’s served upside down, if that’s not the case why not have that removed” and with more attitude she said, “we don’t do that” and I prefaced saying “why not remove it from back there” (there being the drive thru signs” and she said with still more attitude “I’ll be sure to pass that along” I said “okay have a good night” and she ignored me and slammed the window shut, I’m appalled by the disrespect from a simple question

People are nice but they are very skimpy when it comes to toppings. My strawberry dipped chocolate blizzard had so few strawberries in it, it wasn’t even pink through the whole blizzard.

We understand they are extremely busy but they have two windows and were helping a couple ahead of us on the window to the right so that’s where we went to be served next. We waited 25 minutes until we finally asked if the window was open only to be told NO!!!!!! and the qindow slammed in our faces. Thankfully the people waiting at the first window let us go ahead of them. If the servers can’t handle that amount of customers and also be polite at the same time that isn’t the job for them!

Quaint Dairy Queen shack perfect for a nice summer treat! The building has a drive thru or a walk up counter with outdoor picnic benches, so if you have a problem eating your Blizzard outside, best get in your car or move on to the next Dairy Queen. Exceptionally friendly staff, orders are always brought out swiftly and accurately.
