Olive Garden, do you accommodate special requests? Apparently not. This is the second time I’ve encountered an issue, but I’ll focus on today’s order. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana with Alfredo, specifying no red sauce, yet there’s tomato sauce on the chicken. Everything else was correct.

We had a group of 8 and Frankie was our server. We had a little bit of a rough start at the beginning with our table being given away. All of that changed when we got Frankie and a server and Isabella who was the bartender. Both together were extremely on point and made sure we had everything. They both are absolutely amazing and we had a great night. Frankie brought out all the energy and was constantly on top of us making sure we had everything. Isabella would HAND DELIVER our drinks. You guys have some of THE best servers I’ve ever came across. Thank you, both Isabella and Frankie for your wonderful service. Also thank you for the chocolate hook up you guys are the best!

Great environment! Lots of staff to ensure everyone is taken care of! My food was fresh and hot! Great portion size and I asked for extra sauce and they delivered! I highly recommend the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara with extra sauce. So delicious. Bathrooms were very clean as well!

Prices went up but service did not. I was seated by the staff to a table. The table had sugar spilled all over table. The waitress comes and I tell her and she just giggles. They take our order. I ordered a capaccino and yuk. Tastes like mocha with heavy amount of power on it. My husband got lasagna. Very good. Soup was good. I got chicken Alfredo which was fair. Not enough sauce. Looking around. They had a rug rolled up laying on the bench where people would sit. They had some old ugly plants on the ledge. They either overpay the cleaners or they don’t have one. Filthy benches. Thick dust all over the top ledges. My waitress didn’t have a happy moment until we were done. She came over just when we were about to leave and said have a nice day grabbed her tip and left. Lol. Hope they get better. Once you see that kind of service it’s really hard to ever go back.

First time at this location. Been to numerous Olive Gardens before. Wonderful experience. My husband and I went for lunch just now. No waiting. Absolutely lovely service. Our waitress Kim was magnificent and constantly attentive to our needs. When we walked out the door my husband said “I think that’s the best wait service I’ve had in a long time” She was above and beyond. Even boxed up fresh food for us.

I ordered a pick up order. The time kept changing for the pick up time. I came in to the store and come to find out I never did complete the order on my end. Maddie and Justin were so polite and put our order on a rush so we didn’t have to wait so long. Excellent service even when it was my own mistake. 10/10 for arrive and all of the above.

Took my wife and kids there yesterday for my wifes birthday. I hadn’t been here for quite awhile. The food was horrid it taste like it went from plastic bag to microwave. It was tough and burnt. We got home and all of us felt ill. Will never go to any Olive Garden again. Id rather eat hospital food at least i know it comes out of a bag then. Lost a customer for life.

Went on Fed 14 for a birthday and it was packed. We were seated quickly in the bar area! The service was quick, friendly, and on par. The one problem was there was very little sauce on my pasta and when I commented and asked for more they said I would get charged for anything more than a tiny sauce cup.

I have been a longtime customer of Olive Garden and visit quite often. The food here is delicious and clean, with a comforting “home-cooked meal” feeling. I would like to share my experience from tonight’s dinner.
Our server this evening was Kailey, and she truly did an excellent job. She brought each of us a small plate for the calamari, so I didn’t have to awkwardly lift the fried squid from the dipping bowl to my mouth and risk spilling sauce on the table. It has been a very long time since anyone has served us with that level of attention.
Many servers here tend to serve based on their mood. Something as basic as giving customers a small plate for appetizers—or even a little salad—is often skipped. I usually order hot tea, and sometimes I receive a pot of hot water to refill, sometimes I don’t. Some servers even refuse to give me hot water (I have no idea why). When I ask for more hot water, they snap back that I will have to wait for them to boil more.
But tonight with Kailey, everything was different. She took care of us thoughtfully and attentively. I felt completely satisfied and respected. Her service was appropriate, polite, and professional. She noticed the small things that make a dining experience comfortable.

We went there on our way home from Green Bay and were very excited because it’s one of our favorites. When we sat down we were told we couldn’t get our breadsticks or our appetizers due to people doing a dine and ditch. Very unprofessional due to everyone else around us getting there’s . I paid bill in full before our stuff came out and it was then that we got our stuff, it sucked because we got our breadsticks and appetizers as our main dish came out , so we felt like we wasted our money. Something needs to change here we will definitely not be back after being profiled like that.
