I dined at the Olive Garden last night. It was late-after 9:00. I was greeted promptly with a smile which was nice because it was late and most businesses are annoyed by that. The waitress was fabulous. It was the best meal that I have ever had at any Olive Garden and the service was even better. I really enjoyed my dinner and I feel bad that I didn’t get the waitresses name. I had the chicken scampi and salad and it was amazing! Thank you for a great experience.

The food was good but we could never find our waiter. I saw several employees huddled together talking. But the restaurant needed to be cleaned!! Dust on the ledges, pictures with smudge marks, and even cobwebs in the corners. I wanted to bring it to a managers attention, but my fiance would be embarrassed.

I went to OG in Oshkosh with my senior mom, we ordered the soup salad bread sticks lunch and when the salad came there were slimy pieces of lettuce in the bowl. When we asked for another bowl of fresh salad the server returned with another bowl with slimy brown lettuce upon the third time the server seemed upset over us asking for new fresh salad. I understand your servers feel they may be overworked and providing a quality experience is not within their standards, I am a loyal customer of this establishment but not anymore. The quality and staff have been on decline so my business will be spent elsewhere .

This might be the last time we visit the Olive Garden in Oshkosh….only because they’re building one less than 1/4 mile from us in Sheboygan! Woo-hoo! Arrived close to closing on Sunday after EAA week. Staff didn’t show an ounce of annoyance at the guests still piling in close to closing. Food was quick, fresh (crisp veggies in the salad, etc), tasty, and hot. Server Kaylie (maybe Kaylee?) was attentive without making us feel rushed.
