We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was a longer wait than usual. The staff was nice and the food taste delicious. They have a special right now, you can get an appetizer and two entrees for $25!

I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s and I genuinely have to give credit where it’s due — the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The host was friendly and seated us quickly, even though it was a little busy. That first impression already set the tone for the whole night.
Our server went above and beyond. They were attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and checked in at just the right times. What really stood out to me was how patient and respectful they were. They answered every question about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure our food came out exactly how we requested. It didn’t feel rushed or forced — it felt genuine.
The manager even came by to make sure everything was good, which showed they really care about customer satisfaction. You don’t always see that level of involvement anymore, and it definitely made the experience feel more personal.

I went with a few friends the other day and the service was amazing. We were seated right away, food was delicious. The manager even came to greet us. He genuinely asked us “how was our day and are we celebrating anything in particular?” Overall a great experience, will definitely return. Sadly, I don’t remember their names. The manager was super tall but for some reason I think his name was Cornelius or Ricardo ♀️

I took myself out, I got the steak, cheese broccoli and cheese mashed potatoes. The food was alright, the steak was a lil over done but my main concern was when I asked for steak sauce, they brought me out 3 packets of A1 steak sauce, like ketchup packets. My server was efficient and friendly and it was a good atmosphere.

Last night I ordered chicken with the sausage pasta. It said it on the receipt along on the container. I started eating it and started having an allergic reaction where my throat was closing up. Thank God I had benadryl because I could of died I’m allergic to shellfish. Im still not feeling right my throat is still a little swollen. I would like someone to get in contact with me concerning this order.

Well I’m from New Orleans and I’m a hard food critic.. let me tell you.. the food was horrible it lacked soul and presentation… food was just sloppy on the plate and dry silverware… there was absolutely no order at the restaurant.. when I come back to Philly I won’t visit.

I don’t ever go to Applebees because the one in Andorra was not the greatest service in general. Only reason why I wanted to leave a review is because I decided to dive into the city line location for lunch and it was way better than I honestly expected. The manager came around table to table and was asking if everything was okay if anyone needed anything, I believe his name was Mike. Dude was cool made sure everything was good and even covered a drink from the bar for me. I think if I do go back to Applebees it’ll be at city line no matter what. Honestly thank Mike for that! ✌

I have not been in a while but Jayla the bartender was so sweet and pleasant. Also Rich the manager was so nice. Nice to have somewhere in the neighborhood to go eat. Definitely will be back.
