Beware of being overcharged for happy hour items!!
This was years ago but I am still horrified with this experience to this day. Im from out of town & went with a friend to get the half off appetizers during happy hour. This is something I’ve done at many other locations, with no issues.
We ordered either 5 or 6 appetizers and then on the bill, all appetizers, but 2, were full price. The server couldn’t change it and the manger told us she wasn’t fixing it, that it’s only one half off item per person. We pointed out that the menu sign didn’t state a limit and were not told of one when we ordered. She said the sign was wrong and she said they needed new signs. She was so rude!! And this limit was never a thing at my future visits to other locations. This location was just being scammy.
I tried calling corporate because we wanted a refund for what we overpaid. Never heard back from them and never got a refund

I had some of the BEST service last night from Morgan. Last night was already hard for me, as it was one of my last outings with my best friend who’s about to move across the country. Morgan was above and beyond and met all our needs and then some. Drinks were good. Dinner was brought out promptly. She was good at conversation. Will return solely on the fact she works here!

I don’t know what’s going on with this place lately. There were not a lot of ppl in there but we were told that we would have to wait about 15 or 20 minutes just to be seated. I several other people at their tables just sitting there waiting on something or someone. Tables has not been cleaned and trash was on the floor. This establishment has definitely dropped in its ratings lately. Don’t go if you don’t have to, not to this one anyway.

Our waitress Charity was very friendly and attentive. She made sure our drinks were continually filled and checked to make sure everything was good including giving extra napkins. The restaurant was clean. We noticed a card on the table regarding a veterans fundraiser, it is really nice to see that Applebee’s supports our veterans.

Worst Apple bees ive been in my life. I have gone to others but this one topped them all with the horrible food experience. They messed up my 3 course meal like all of them. And tell me why i tell the girl that my plate of wings looked like someone rubbed it and just threw some old wings in there. She said “thats normal it’s when they put the wings”. I left everything there. The steak had soap no joke. Hope health department visits this place pretty soon because this is not right.

We decided to try Applebees again. Came here for a quick dinner. Had the grilled cheese burger (super greasy) and my wife oriental chicken salad which lacked freshness and flavor. I had ordered a beer and the server told us they were out of what I ordered so I cancelled it.
Upon receiving the Christian’s k, the beer was still on the bill. They removed it when I requested it.
I can’t see us returning.

We came in for my daughters bday. As soon as our server morgan came to our table. She pushed us ordering our food as soon as she got our drinks and appetizers. After telling her we would need a min she asked my teenagers if they was ready they say yes. She states she going to start there. We got the trio appetizers and when we got it our boneless wings was cold. I got the ceaser salad with grilled chicken. My chicken was cold. My 4 year old meal which was a corn dog with fries. His fries came out way after his corn dog. By this time he was ready togo. With 2 adults and 3 teenagers and 2 toddlers. Fries shouldnt come out after meals. While leaving the manager sitting on the side of the building arguing with her bf. Do better applebees.

First of all, Laprei Ramsey is an excellent server. She is extremely attentive. She made me fresh hot coffee with a smile! Our food was delicious. My salad was extremely fresh. This is a superb Applebee’s.

I went to bar to have a couple of drinks which I had , met some great people but I sat at bat to drink an be merry but was shushed at bar by Heather , I sat at bar to have a drink an meet people but found out because of poor management all people including overly religious zelots in Dalton were sat exactly behind me , I was trying to talk to a great guy from Utah across the bar an was told to be quiet at a bar I strongly recommend if your traveling just bypass Walton ave .exit in Dalton Ga. I will never be served at this Applebee’s ever again by Heather she barely spoke to me an talked on neverending to people she new the prices are very high so just keep going to anywhere else they don’t care about travelers such as all of us only locals even with all this I gave Heather a very good tip because I came to review this place , have been to many great Applebee’s but not this one!!!!
