I ordered a couple entrees from this location a couple of nights ago and had it delivered.
I must say, the food was incredible!
Highly surprised especially since it was delivery.
I had the Braised Beef Tortelloni, also ordered the 6oz Sirloin with Fettuccine Alfredo….
The steak was ordered medium rare and it was actually cooked to perfection.
The braised beef was tender and very flavorful.
I can’t say enough, I am thoroughly impressed. Everything was delicious
I actually had the sirloin the next day with eggs for lunch!!! Now that’s some good eatin!!
It must depend on location because I was skeptical of ordering anything do to a bad experience at the Menomonee Falls location….Fortunately Brookfield did not disappoint.

Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The soup was served cold and the chicken was very dry. We were also given fries that looked like leftovers from the bottom of the batch and not fresh at all. The service was decent and the atmosphere was fine but the food quality really missed the mark this time. I hope this was just an off day because usually it was great. It was the first time at this location.

4th time at this location that having a glass of wine (relax and check messages) and THEN ordering takeout was too complicated for the system/process. My option tonight was to leave half my wine and have a warm dinner. To be clear, this is not an issue of the nice young man behind the bar. This is a habitual system/management issue. By the way, I hope whoever enjoyed half my wine received my meatballs…I sure didn’t get them!

Concerning behavior by management.
I was walking in to the restaurant to grab a quick bite when I was abruptly stopped by a woman screaming at me in the parking lot. She was screaming that I needed to enter through the back and that I was dressed inappropriately. For reference, I was casual work attire. When I asked her to elaborate, she screamed at me again, then rolled her eyes and continued to load stuff in her van/SUV.
I waited there accurately for a couple minutes confused about the encounter while she blatantly talked about me and had an attitude across the parking lot.
I then approached her to ask what she was saying to me. She thought I was a staff member. She was upset at my attire and that I needed to go through the back if I was not clocked in. Little did I know the restaurant didn’t open for another 15 minute.
Needless to say, I don’t think any any restaurant employee should be talking to potential patrons or fellow employee this way. I am assuming that she was management.
I should’ve asked for her name or made a complaint, but I was too mortified and embarrassed. She was a woman with brownish hair in her 30s or 40s. I feel bad for her employees. She saw it to laugh and say it was good she didn’t allow me in the restaurant because it wasn’t open yet.
This was the week before Christmas.
I hope this review makes its way to her so she can reevaluate how she talks to other people and the effect that it has.

John was amazing, actually the best sever. Brought us so many breadsticks. He so great!!!! He even packed my food up and made sure we had a refill of everything.

I called Olive Garden and they don’t take reservations but if you call on your way to the restaurant they will put you on the wait list. We were greeted by 2 nice ladies. Our waitress was outstanding. She checked on us so many times. My meal was very good. The beef had a little grizzle but that is expected with beef. The salad was excellent as usual. The bread sticks weren’t quite as good but maybe mine got cold. My husband said his food including dessert was very good. Our companion used to go to the OLIVE Garden all the time. He passed away unexpectedly in May. She gave us money to go to dinner so we took her with us. She always got lasagna so she got it tonite.

I ordered take out and my biggest complaint is that I ordered soup salad breadsticks and a pasta dish and only received 2 breadticks. I would think I should have gotten at least 3 since I ordered 3 food items. I had to purchase an extra 6 which will go to waste because I can’t eat 8 by myself. They’re unlimited in the restaurant why not give the option to add another 1 or 2 why make me buy 6? Disappointed.

Possibly the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to. The service is the speed of a snail. The stuff needs to be reminded over 4 times to bring out refills on drinks and bread sticks. We went on a Saturday the place was not at all busy. Yet, we saw no food coming out for over an hour. The place seems like it’s training restaurant. The place seemed clean. The silverware didn’t seem too clean. I would definitely never go back to this location. I would say the service is by far the worst part of this location. Its also not just a one time thing. I have family that has gone there and they had the same problem with the service as well. If you’re in the Milwaukee area go to the Olive Garden in Greenfield on 76th street. Such a better experience there!
