Overall experience was great. Flavorful dishes, nice atmosphere, and clean areas. The only thing I didn’t expect was “the host” to forget I was next in turn and then by mistake past someone else before me. Other than that, the table experience with the waitress was fantastic. She was listening, very polite, and customer service driven. Really turned the initial impression to ultimately an enjoyable dinner time. Thanks for being so attentive.

It was a Thursday lunch when I walked in to a 20 minute wait. I was surprised but I opted to stay. Wait ended up being nearly 40 minutes. That was unfortunate and challenging with my 2 year old. They apologized and we got our table. I come to notice it’s not that the place is full. It’s like, half capacity. It’s looking like a labor shortages causing the delay. Very sad.

My kids got dinner from here, which comes with a soup and I ordered an extra soup for me. The soup that came free was filled to the top and the one I paid for, was filled just a little over halfway! So of course I called to address the issue since I did pay for it after all. I spoke to a “manager” named Ashley and she was incredibly rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I told her my situation and her answer was whoever filled it, filled it wrong. Like what? And I’m just supposed to accept that answer? And I told her that. And she snapped back do I want to go get a soup? If you honestly believe that your justification is a valid answer for paying customers, then you do not belong in food service Ashley.

My father and I came here to have a nice dinner! There would be an hour wait, so we decided to sit at the bar to eat. That was a great decision, because the bartender Michael was amazing! He was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was very good.

I love OG. Predictable and good. Today on the other hand….. so slow. We arrived around 11:40 and waited 15 minutes for a table (okay, not a huge deal- they just opened) then get seated… another 15 minutes for drinks. Another 5 for breadsticks. Ha, I love OG but 35 minutes from ordering to eating. It seemed long. I will be back but it was a longer than I was used to experience at OG and my kids were getting crabby waiting. Bathrooms need more attention but I appreciate the step stool for kids hand washing.

Waitress was extremely passive aggressive to my shy sister. It made her want to leave the restaurant. The waitress never introduced herself and had no name tag, she had black glasses/hair and was white, the most disrespectful human. “If you would just look at the menu”, heavy sighs on purpose, but was completely different to the older ladies at the table next to us. Would not come again, food was great, she ruined the experience completely.

I was at this location today doing some work. The manager and staff were extremely and amazingly awesome all day. I ordered salmon for lunch and I tell you, it was honestly the most amazing salmon I’ve had in my lifetime. I would absolutely order it again. Always a great family place…so much food. Love call ahead seating. At this visit…best I ever had here. My gosh, the breadsticks alone were piping hot and so soft. Like zero complaints!
