We came in for dinner to celebrate a 30 year anniversary. Right away we noticed the “cash payments are appreciated“ sign on the door, which was pretty weird. We asked for a table from one of the five the hostesses (one hostess gave us an eye roll). The entry area was pretty dirty with paper and chocolate candies on the floor. The hostess took us to our table, as we passed, there was several dirty tables, and the carpets were terribly dirty. At this point we thought we might have made a mistake coming here. Our waitress was ok, I don’t know her name because no one had name tags on ( from the staff I saw including a manager no one had name tags on). Our orders came out correct (although my Mom wanted soup and the waitress would not tell the kinds available). There was no offer of table wine. The food was good and there was plenty to take home. Overall if this had been my first visit to Olive Garden it would probably be my last .

First time in city and I went here to enjoy a bottle of wine and one of their specialty dishes, restaurants was almost empty by the time I arrived, server Treasury tooks longer to greet me, and much longer to bring me water (never go it). So I decided to leave the premises. Terrible service. Hostesses were super nice, they look very sorry for the my bad experience. Management needs to be more aware of what is going on with costumers touching each table in a timely manner. Once again restaurant was not busy, no more than 10 tables.

At a time when friendly service is tough to find in the restaurant industry, the staff here was great! Real smiles ! I had a last minute catering order and both the manager and the car side delivery staff kept me informed and made sure I knew they were working on our order. The food was great and the staff was friendly and dedicated to customer satisfaction! I will be back to this one! Keep those smiles over there!

It was my first time trying it and I was disappointed so badly, the food was so bland, the drinks were way too strong and just overall I wasn’t expecting my aunt’s pasta to taste better than The Olive garden. I had been seeing commercials all my life and I feel so let down. The server was nice, it was his first day.

In my experience all locations are uniformly good. I love their salad dressing. I think I’d drink it alone. I have heard rumors of a few locations not being up to par, but definitely not this 1. It was crowded. But then it was a late night. We thought we’d beat the crowd being a little early for dinner, but we were wrong. Great place
