Went above and beyond in the best way. I ordered online chicken tenders and fries and asked for extra ranch and ketchup, and they truly delivered.

Did an online order and the note section didn’t transfer over they did not hesitate. They just remade the food for me with a smile. They were very very very very nice and the food looks great so thank you very much. We’ll be back and I’ll call Lynn when she has to take cheese off since the Website website is acting stupid.

This Denny’s is our go to location for pan cakes and coffee. Servers are polite and very friendly. Anything we have had till now has always been good. Pics are from last visit but there are good options all around.

Started off being greeted by two friendly employees once we walked in. We requested a booth and they were packed inside with customers. The lady who would become our waitress walked over to a table that just left and cleaned it herself so we wouldn’t have to wait . She then seated us. My daughters and I got our menus and ordered , half of us had lunch the other half had breakfast . Dining room was clean and bathroom was also. When the order came out it was perfect except my order . I ordered over medium eggs and got scrambled eggs. I let the waitress know and she immediately ran back to the kitchen and let the cook know. They told me to keep the scrambled eggs which I gave to my daughters and remade my order . Only other problem I had was I ordered 4 meals and the waitress for some reason added a 5 th . Knowing ahead of time was busy I didn’t make a fuss of it and went up front to have it taken off . Jessica was the servers name . I also noticed other patrons had their orders messed up by one item also. Once at the register I spoke to the manager who took off the extra meal and applied my veterans discount . Over all the food was good better than the last two Dennys I visited in the past few months . Two hiccups cost them the 5 star review.

I just left there to get dinner. I ordered 2 sourdough chicken sandwiche meals and omg it took well over 20 minutes so after i finally got back home in this snow storm i opened them up and there was barely any fries in one of them and then both the sandwiches were disgusting.. the chicken was refried and tasted nasty and salty and the bread was as hard as a rock and i couldn’t even eat it all. Id go back but i dont feel like fighting the snow again. I’m very upset about this and I tried calling the restaurant but i got no answer and that’s probably because while I was sitting there waiting the phone rung and someone from behind the counter yelled out “don’t answer the phone “… absolutely ridiculous

Told the check out lady that it was horrible and I will never return. Server was awful. Brought me a cup for tea that had something black floating in it. Asked for another and she had to be reminded. Received a fresh cup about 10 minutes later along with an insincere apology. Had to ask another server for a spoon. Asked for eggs scrambled hard, received fried eggs. French toast was inedibly burnt, and the outside of the syrup dispenser had not been cleaned or even wiped off in quite some time. Same server cleared the tables around us and was throwing dishes into the bin with loud crashes. Restroom was ick as well. I didn’t check reviews before I went, so I hope this saves someone else the trouble. Just don’t go.

My friends and I visited this location a few weeks ago. We got the appetizer sampler to share which was pretty good. Wings were crispy and none of the food was too greasy. Unfortunately what we initially came here for, milkshakes, were not available. In any case this would’ve been fine but we specifically told our waitress we wanted to keep the menu for milkshakes and she didn’t inform us then. Not to mention we had the hostess check the balance on a gift card before we were seated and mentioned there as well we were planning on getting milkshakes so we wanted to see how much was on the gift card. Both times we mentioned we were there for milkshakes we were not told they didn’t have them until we actually tried to order them. Even more so, one of the plates that was brought out to us had dried food on it. My friend also ordered the eggs over hammy sandwich to go and requested the eggs to be made over medium and the eggs were scrambled. Food was good but not too impressed with the service.

Stopped here on my way out of Maryland for lunch dinner the guy at the register seated me got me my drink order the waitress took my order but the guy brought me my order haven’t even had it five minutes because it a skillet so it’s very hot the waitress came over ask me how everything was I told her fine the she proceeded to put my check on the table n said no rush now mind you I haven’t had my food long but maybe five minutes two bites in I get a check could have waited until I was at least half done or done before she brought me my check no I get the check less then five minutes after getting my food never saw her after that also not even busy maybe four tables and the table that was across from me got to finish their meal before they got their check me I just started n got my check but it’s whatever who ever cooked my dinner which was bourbon street chicken made it really good the chicken is tender where you can cut it with a fork the other stuff is good to ask for a box for my stuff to go still waiting for the check with in five minutes of me getting my food but have to wait more then give minutes for a take out box then I proceeded to ask the waitress why I got my check with in five minutes of me getting my food and and she said that’s how they do it but I seen two tables so she got the manger i waa explaining to him what happened he apologized and the waitress the lack there of was still talking when he told her to be quiet I told her don’t worry about it it’s all good told her don’t worry she trying to tell me that’s what they do the manger was great the cook who I met made my chicken really good would come back as long as he is cooking but the waitress who claims they are short staff thats why she gave me my check with in five minutes of me getting my food but the two tables she catered to instead on mine got their check when they were done their food

Wonderful experience my server was Madison. She is a very nice and sweet young lady . She was very intentive and got my complicated order together perfectly. She recommended items I could eat since I am gluten resistant. She made my experience very pleasant. She has become my regular server. I come late nights when I get off work on my way home . I will be back !!!

Ordered on door dash . Paid more than $6 each for 2 milkshakes. They came in tiny cups. Maybe they were out of milkshake cups? Then don’t charge full price! Or send each one in 2 cups. Very disappointed.
