I placed my order at the kiosk. Several people that came in after me got their order. When I went to ask where my order was two employees looked at me and just walked by and ignored me. Finally, someone came up said they couldn’t find my order. At which point I showed them my receipt. After waiting several more minutes I was given my order which look horrible and tasted awful. I frequent this establishment often and I won’t be back. Also the dining room was dirty paper towels and debris on floor. Also the manager always parks up front diagonally taking two spaces. I have attached photos.

Didn’t even order a chicken burrito, but I decided to just be chill and eat what was delivered (3 of my 4 items were wrong or entirely missing) I could not even bite into this burrito. I could not cut through this burrito. I had to fight to break this chicken tender in half and was only more disgusted when I seen what they were considering “food”.

The experience i had at this location is unbelievable, the female that was in the window with all the piercing is very disrespectful i couldn’t even place my order without being rushed! this is unbelievable and when i got to the window all she did was roll her eyes i explained to her i changed my ways and i could’ve reacted and it would’ve been a different situation but y’all have to do better in order to change the culture you have to start within! i run a restaurant that’s unbelievable and i met the general manger before as well just wish he was in the building today. #dobetter

I am not a big complainer whatsoever and am typically easy going, but I placed a mobile order and received quite literally the worst meal ever. Get to the store and they’re “out of black beans”, so I have to opt for refried beans (that are 6 times out of 10 so dry and pasty you might as well be eating glue). The burrito I ordered was busted open and looked like it had been hulk smashed or scooped up off the ground. My nacho fries also looked like they had been scraped out of the bottom of the fryer. I’ve been to this location before with no issue, but I was extremely disappointed that I paid for this and expected the same quality I’ve gotten from previous visits :/

Guessing I got there during shift change so they was not taking cash and no human service instead you were directed to a kiosk for service, which is ok I guess but sometimes human service would be great especially when you are standing right in front on the person. Overall the food is great and the interior was clean and nice. Service is to be desired.

I’ve been to Taco Bell countless times throughout my life, and my biggest complaint was there not being any mild sauce packs. Unfortunately, my best friend & I decided to go last night, and the customer service was almost absolutely horrible! It was basically non-existen!

Taco bell has great food, but the people make the difference. They friendly, but no one was e cited about their job. They did not take our order, we had to order at the kiosk, which involved a learning curve which took another few minutes.

I ordered from uber eats not only did they not make my order get 3 drivers tried to pick it up. For them to tell the third driver they couldn’t make my order so I cancelled the order. I was charged 35 dollars for an order that I didn’t receive because of the incompetent of the restaurant. PSA DONT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD AND WILL STILL PAY FOR IT! If I could give a zero star I would! I hope this restaurant goes out of business and isn’t allowed to rip people off as I have been!!! WHAT EVWR YOU DO DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Customers at the counter waiting more than 15 minutes for food is not good. Drink lids and napkins were not stocked. Tables were dirty. When we told a staff member that napkins were empty she handed me a handful and a lid but didn’t restock the rest for another 20 minutes. She did apologize but it was obligatory and not sincere. Do better taco bell.
