We dined at Olive Garden tonight to celebrate my birthday as a family. We had the best experience we’ve had in a long time dining out. Our server, Eli J, was amazing! He was attentive, friendly and provided excellent service. The food was wonderful! We had a great dinner this evening. Plan to visit again now.

Yes the portions were big, Yes the service was nice and the waitress was polite and professional, yes the waiting time was not long, BUT the taste was not there at all, we were a table of four adults and two toddlers, we share all our plates as well as the opinion about the food. The two pizzas (kid’s meal) was literally NOT cooked, we spent about $170, not worth it. I couldn’t be more disappointed and I didn’t expect that from Olive garden especially when the restaurant’s tables are about 1/4 full or even less!!

There was a little wait, but the service was FAST! We got sat and our server was on top of it! She had a few other large parties and still was able to bring us out everything we needed. The unlimited sauces with the breadsticks are a go to! So yummy!! The food was warm, not too amazing, but it was still overall good experience. Plus our server was great and pleasant and so courteous. Made us really feel like we were fancy dining!

My family and I love Olive Garden it’s always the first choice when we take our kids for dinner food is always good. Last night we took our daughter out for her birthday dinner, for a party of seven we got our table in no time. Our server Athen got our order brought us our food. The time we were eating she did not check up on us or bring us any refills. After we paid she said we could have a dessert on the house for our daughters birthday, we sat there for an additional 15 minutes waiting on the dessert to take it with us. Worst service we have had at this olive garden.

Emanuel from Colerain branch is awesome!!!! We’ve been coming there for years and this is the 1st time ever the staff offered us fries/chicken tenders! Our kids are so picky that they wouldn’t eat anything but fries/tenders. This time is different! We won’t be going to different resto to get our kids’ meals now. It’s one stop shopping that everyone will be able to eat at the same place! He also is very assertive and keeps checking on our needs. 2 thumbs up! We’ll look for Emanuel next time. He goes above and beyond. We are all happy!!!!! Great customer service! Thanks!

Food was great. Their prices are getting carried away. Especially the drinks. Server was horrible. Food took longer than normal for as slow as they was. Couldnt find the server for 20min for a refill.
