I love their food. Best green beans anywhere. Love the dumplings, the Southern fried chicken. My husband had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes & fried okra. That waiter did everything he could to make our experience perfect. Love the gift shop & atmosphere is right down my alley. Hubby says coffee is always good!

Lucas was AMAZINGGGGG!! I would highly recommend him as a waiter. Food was fresh and tasted great.. the only thing that needed some help were the greens. They were watery and unseasoned. Place was clean. We were seated quickly. All staff members were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend coming to this Cracker Barrel.

I ordered curbside pickup and this is what it looked like. I had to actually go in and ask what was going on after waiting an hour past the estimated pickup time. I also ordered two coffees that I never got because I decided it wasn’t worth going back in and asking about. On the good side the people that I spoke with on the phone and the person I spoke to in the store were both very nice. They tried to be helpful and take care of the issue. As a chain this is the first negative experience I’ve had at any Cracker Barrel so I’m going to say this was most likely not the usual experience here.

Though I came in at the busiest times, the wait staff patiently waits on you and makes sure you get the attention before and during ordering. My catfish meal is hugely satisfying, and the okra the okra came out perfectly breaded, light, and crunchy! The okra is a must-have!
