After getting seated down, we had to wait for 10 minutes before a waiter came to our table. He apologized, saying that the previous person left and no one told him that he had to take over the area. The waiter seemed very good and kept up with bringing us the food and keeping us up-to-date on when the main course was coming out. The meal basically was Tuscany soup, thin spaghetti with four cheese sauce, Italian sausage, and a salad. We had several soups and they were served lukewarm. After the second one, we brought it to his attention which he corrected by making sure it was hot for the following serving. The spaghetti was excellent, and we had the unlimited servings ofare spaghetti, however when you’re getting extra sausage, an additional charge is added to your bill. All in all the experience was good.

20250705 Picked up a bowl of Pasta Fagioli, my favorite, for dinner on my way to the hotel. I ordered online which was easy, and I like that I got to specify a later time to pick up since I was 1.5 hours away. After arriving, I checked in via the link texted to me. I arrived a few minutes early, and the soup arrived at my car around the time I specified. The young lady who brought our the soup was very nice. I would eat here again, if I’m in the area. My finicky pup eat some of the soup. I was surprised that she liked it. I wish I got more soup considering it was 1 of the all you can eat items, and it cost $9. I haven’t eaten at an Olive Garden in decades, and not sure if they still have all you can eat soup and salad.

I hardly ever go out so I decided to take my family to Olive Garden in Elyria. We walked in and there was no wait time, cool. So we’re seated immediately and the restaurant isn’t packed at all. There was a big family sitting next to us and they were being taken care of well by staff. However we sat for over 30 mins and no one even came to ask us what we wanted us to drink, no waiter greeted us nothing. The family next to us was their only focus. They were being waited on hand and foot. Not cool. At least acknowledge your patrons and ask them what they want to drink. Completely unprofessional.

Had an excellent meal today. Salmon was seasoned and grilled perfectly. Been a long time since I had been there. Restaurant was spotless and our server was very friendly and efficient. Just a real enjoyable experience. Highly recommended the Elyria location.

This was my first time visiting Olive Garden, and I really liked the atmosphere at this location. The server was super sweet, kind, and always smiling. They even apologized when they felt they missed something, which was very thoughtful.
The food took about 15 minutes to arrive, which was fine since the taste was great and the unlimited soup kept us busy while waiting.
I’ll definitely come back again, though I wish the menu had a bit more variety instead of mostly pasta dishes.

So I want to preface this review by saying I LOVE this restaurant. The food is usually really good and the service is pretty solid. However, today something happened that really turned me off. This complaint would go towards some decision maker at the chain. If I get a sangria with light ice and I get it in a tiny baby sized glass instead of the normal glass (so it looks like more) that is yall being CHEAP! So I’m paying for the ice in the original drink? 8 bucks and I drank it in 3 sips. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Definitely recommend this restaurant for FOOD! Skip any alcohol here tho.

Great service from a brand new server Xavier! We were the first table he did by himself while in training and I couldn’t really tell other than the fact he had veteran employees watching. Very friendly and hope he keeps doing well there! Food was good, but like a lot of chain restaurants not as fresh as it used to be, but still good! Great location as well!

I wanted to give a great review. But I can’t in good faith. First, Olive Garden has changed significantly the menu is half what it used to be. Also the unlimited breadsticks and salad are very small sizes for a table of 5 adults we were brought 1 bowl of salad. I will shout out our server named Atom he was AMAZING. I ordered the 5 cheese ziti but had to take the rest home as I was full from the appetizers we ordered. I just sat down to eat the rest of my food and I took a bite and I was chewing way too long for my liking. I assumed the cheese on the top had hardened too much so I removed it from my mouth only to look down and see this brown thing. I have no idea what this is but I’m pretty confident it shouldn’t be in my food. It almost looks like fur. I’m disgusted and I definitely won’t be eating at Olive Garden again.

The BEST food and customer service! Our server was Alyvia and she was literally the best and made our experience awesome! I most definitely recommend her as a server, she is the sweetest! The food was fresh and hot! I tried something new and it was so good! Please go try the chicken tortellini stuffed pasta, it’s my go to now!

Will not be returning, we used to love OG. My portion was a kids size and was mush. Manager stated that was measured portion. It was a very small portion, we showed the waitress before we ate. Manager offered more spaghetti, it was too late. Manager should of discontinued the spaghetti. When we stopped last year the place was full of garbage on flower beds, floors, cigarette butts. Staffing in bar area appeared unfriendly. Our waitress was nice.
